Who Has the Most Powerful Presence in the Room
The most powerful presence often comes from a combination of planetary placements and signs. Generally, Mars or Pluto in the first house, Leo or Aries Sun and Moon, and Jupiter in the first house can create a commanding and influential aura. These placements enhance confidence, charisma, and authority.

I have Mars first house, but also Sun, Mercury, Venus, Uranus and Neptune, plus my ascendant is also in my 1st house of Capricorn. People with the most presence in the room have a strong 1st house.

For a powerful presence that is primarily through actions or in a tangible sense (not energetically or spiritually, whatever you'd want to call it) would be anyone desperate for attention, screaming look at me, people who show extremism....Expressing happiness one moment and then sadness or angriness the next moment, so Uranian energy. Uranus in conj with Asc, or at its highest point in a chart.
If we're talking about someone who can just stand in a room without saying anything and have a strong presence then anyone with charisma (Venusian + Martian mix) or someone with a strong aura, one that is highly spiritual or has some serious karmic things to work out (Rahu dominantly placed--conj Asc or highest point in a chart etc or 9H influence, which I believe is the house of higher mind and spirituality).
Jupiter influence for either scenarios.

But I'd say Leo Ascendants shine way brighter than Leo Suns. I think Leo Suns come across like any other regular Fire sign.When a Leo Ascendant walks into the room, you notice it.

i have to admit, meeting many leo risings (because they are attracted to me) due to their 7th house,
they are larger than life, in my eyes. lol
and the Leo suns i've met are pretty fuckng cool. Although, honestly they aren't what i've seen in astrology books. They are more tame and kick back and go about their way working 9 to 5 jobs and getting by. (they're like me out there) lol
just regular super cool peeps.
i dont know any pluto 1st house peeps though. I guess they have a strong presence.
Based on that list, I'm going with Leo Sun.
I think that anyone with a planet conjunct the Ascendant tends to stand out in a crowd.
