Scorpio moon = Heart break?

My heart is hurting. I'm trying to figure out if it's the scorp moon that makes it feel like a nightmre? Or my Cancer venus?

I know moon = emotions/feelings & venus = romantic/relationship desires, but I don't know much more than that. I'd appreciate if y'all could expound on how my scorp moon is affecting or enhancing the pain. Thanks.

That's what I thought, about my moon intensifying the sadness. Today, I forced myself to go out to get a Christmas tree, grocery shop, bike ride, worked on some art and talk on the phone with friends. I'm focusing on other stuff...but the sad creeps in, and this weekend especially hard. Stupid holidays 😢

Capricorn with Scorpio moon here...

The one thing you want to absolutely avoid is just sitting in front of the computer, or doing nothing, if you are like me.

What helps me is doing a project, something with my hands that requires some attention, where I can see results as I work. I either do some woodcarving or some woodworking project, or build something electronic that I've designed, hell even cleaning up a messy garage or reorganizing your closet.

The reason is... when you are heartbroken and blue, you end up with a sense of helplessness and futility. Doing SOMETHING where you can see tangible results helps you combat that. It gives you a sense of purpose, a sense of control over some little part of your life, and it helps give you something to focus on rather than sitting around just moping and getting more and more depressed.

Hey Cowpuncher, its nice to see you back here. We've never communicated but I have enjoyed reading your comments on various threads. You are right about being away from the pc and being idle. Working with my hands is always a form of "meditation in motion". I am an artist and did some painting last night, it was helpful. Whats that saying "Idle hands are the devil's play ground?". Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Over the weekend I came to the conclusion that no matter how far I got into analyzing myself, my past mistakes and my patterns, my scorp moon fucks me over the same shit over and over when I'm either too drunk or high, or simply tired/ depressed. So now I realized the only thing I wanted to tell my Moon was this:

My son is a classically trained symphony musician in college, plays several instruments and he just breathes music thru his blood. Its what has kept him sane since he was 12 when his father walked out on him. Talk about a pain in need of healing. There was a HUGE old mama chicken who literally ruled the roost and everytime I walked by, that broad would run after me as if I were her personal pet rooster and try to have her way with me. So how to deal with it?
