About me having a bad day. This day will continue to suck, and I think I may owe my Scorpio dad an apology.

You know.... for what it's worth, without your "Scorpio" dad, assuming he is your biological father, you would not exist.
It's that simple.

So, whether you have a good day or a bad day, every high and every low, every smile and every tear, every thing you think say and do, thank your Dad
no matter how much you may be upset with him.

True. My relationship with my father is complicated. Our communication is not always good. I came on dxp to vent to prevent myself from saying ugly things to him. But I suppose I should have talked to him first instead , because now I'm feeling bad about it.

You know why that is? Because whatever things you think and say about your parents, you think and say about yourself.

IF you have (or should one day, have) children, the same rules apply. IF you curse your child, you curse yourself. IF you curse the child's father, you curse your child as well as the father's parents, and thus, curse yourself. IF you curse yourself, you curse your parents and if you curse your parents... well, I just addressed what happens when you curse your parents.
No matter how you slice it, that's how the cookie crumbles.

You see, if the "complicated" nature is such that your father isn't around or doing things he ought not do, he curses you. In turn you curse him.
Two wrongs don't make a right. Two rights never made a wrong.
Judging by what you said about venting, apparently you resent your father for some reason. It may be a valid one. Yet, be careful not to overdo it
and let that resentment control you. If he's doing something wrong, like cheating on your mother or something like that, understand that it is a weakness that may be related to your mother's own behavior. Remember, it takes two to tango.
Sometimes, it's hard to understand and may take years to fully understand. But patience is a virtue...., and for patience, wisdom and healing can come. But only if the three of you are willing to forgive each other. And that requires humility and contrition on each person's part.

What most women don't get is that they can drive their men to do things they would not necessarily do. These are the head games, the manipulations, that women so love and are want to do.

You're way off. But I appreciate your input.

Not sure how that can be, in light of the things you didn't say.
