Confused with orbs :(
Understanding Orbs and Aspects in Astrology
Orbs refer to the allowable degree gap between planets for an aspect to be considered valid. For Sun conjunct Pluto, the orb typically ranges from 0 to 8 degrees. The signs involved and their degrees influence aspect interpretation, but the orb determines whether the aspect is active in a natal chart.

So like there's also sun in Scorpio and mercury in Scorpio but they're not conjunct bcos they're like 20 degrees off. That's sorta messed up tbh. So they can be completely different people than those whose Scorpio sun and mercury is in conjunction due to being 0-10 degrees off?
Hmm okay, I'll take a combination of placing importance on both to justify my inner insanity.

So they can be completely different people than those whose Scorpio sun and mercury is in conjunction due to being 0-10 degrees off?
Yeah. They'd just have a harder time seperating their opinions from well themselves. They'd see it as more fact than opinion. While people who's sun and mercury share the same sign But aren't conjunct are less likely to have the same problem(depending on the chart)

I just looked up this guy who I swear comes off like that, but apparently his sun and merc aren't conjunct, felt so disappointed. Probably just his Scorpio stellium in general that makes him naturally so damn obnoxious.
But thanks, this has made me more aware to orbs and to not consider planet placements exclusively.

But it's probably good that I don't or else I'd analyze the crap out of it :/
I'm very upset it's legal to put peoples' address on the internet but not their birth time. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY.

I KNOW RIGHT, if you do find out, let me know. What's worse is when your parent wasn't born at a hospital ._. No record. I'm pretty sure their birth day isn't even right tbh
I should be a Scorpio rising, but a very small chance I'm possibly a Scorp-Sag cusp.

Apparently trying to understand a person is considered more invasive than knowing where they live.
I wonder if you need identity verification to pull up old birth times from hospitals....😄

EXAMPLE SCENARIO
If sun is in Scorpio and pluto is in Sagittarius, why would sites display the person has Sun conjunct Pluto?? Does it have to do with the fact Sagittarius is in the very early degrees (0-5)? It's just throwing me off bcos Scorpio and Sag are semi-sextiles.
