Scorpio the Vindictive

I was talking with a fellow Scorp the other day about how we tend to keep score with every single person who has ever hurt us (with or without them knowing that we were upset/offended/hurt by their actions or words). We both admitted to being very grudge-bearing and not being to fully forgive anyone, and that it actually really sucks.
Personally, I've never ever gone an extra mile to take revenge on someone who hurt me deeply. Mainly because I try to take the higher road and also because I believe in karma (or, to be precise, I want to believe in karma). However, once the damage is done there's no going back, the grudge is there to stay. I will probably take it with me to my grave. The only time I seriously contemplated getting back at somebody in full force was my ex. Despite plotting some pretty nasty stuff (I was disgusted by the lengths I was willing to go), I didn't. At the end, I would have hurt myself more than I would have hurt him.

Anyways, I was just wondering if people have come across some vindictive Scorps in their life and if yes, what did the Scorp do?

Don't really hold grudges.

I refuse to allow someone that much power over me.

I do believe that Scorpio has the most mistreated and misunderstood energy of all signs.

I think we Scorps are super easily hurt, when it comes to something important to us. And we usually have the courage to so something about it.

There are some vindictive ones out there. I consider myself as one - the passive type-, that stings you so quick that you barely even notice but when time passes came to realize that you have a huge scar. I don't see that as a bad trait. I consider myself a good person.
I just like people to realize how an scorpio energy can make you question things, transform you deeply and if there are some vindictive traits in the middle, that's ok it's part of your self-protective energy. And I embrace that.

Personally I don't hold grudges. If someone did something awful to me I'd probably try to understand the main reasons. Make him/her feel like crap showing how much they hurt. And then raise from the ashes and move on. BUT i definitely be more cautious if a similar situation came to happen...

but wow, perfect timing. i just sought 'vengeance' on someone who hurt me last night. and it was ugly, but the person pushed
the worst button they could have pushed. I don't feel bad for what I did, because I was very hurt, but I do want the person to understand why I
did what I did and not just think I was being evil for the hell of it. I love the person, and they are a cancer so they are just as sensitive as I am,
but they violated my space in such a way that I couldn't take the high road. I'm not proud of it, but I bet they won't do it again.

I think scorpionic energy on earth has the power of making people learn.
Have you ever noticed that when you come across with an scorpio fellow, you usually tend to learn a lot from them, they somehow open your eyes to things you've never considered or never seen before, the breaking of a paradigm, perhaps?. That's karma. The same thing happens when emotions come to play and if a scorpio is hurt you MUST learn from that. You as an scorpio has the responsibility of the usage of this energy to create growth and that implicates in some cases, revenge. And that's super cool. Embrace that energy it comes from a space of non judgmental state, is part of you, and you have it for a reason.

I'm sure what you been through must have been hard, but you know if that cancerian friend of yours understands you and your reasons, and also understood that he hurt you bad. You both have gained experience and growth 🙂

In my books, that's just self-defense. They most likely knew what they were doing, so that's just standing up yourself. Either way, I feel you - that's a totally understandable (Scorpio) response to this kind of situation.

I can't really remember how my brother responded. I think he yelled at the dude. I acted like I was ok but wasn't. I felt the same though, that my bro should've beat him down. I am super protective of people as well. No one in my family has ever been that way though in my experience.

I am and I have a Neptune in Scorpio.

Merc aries, Venus in Pisces and Saturn in Pisces all in the eighth house and three other eighth house placements. I have sought revenge and got confirmation that my revenge was successful and when as far as tracking the person down into two separate countries in order to complete revenge and just the other day sent the same person a "I remember you threat" 18 months later.... Now if that is not scorponic, I don't know what is!!!! 😄

If you don't mind me asking, did you collect whatever info or evidence on them knowing that it might come in handy in day or do just do this with people in general (I'm the latter case, so no judgement really)?

Absolutely! I read something the other day that said scorpios have a huge impact on people, because they teach how they want to be treated. and They are constantly learning from others and themselves; even with bad experiences, they see it as an opportunity to gain knowledge and get better. So yes, I totally understand that concept.

Yes, we both gained something, and we've since made amends. I love her so I'll definitely get over it. I wish I could get over it sooner, but I'm still a little bitter.
