Plz keep in mind I am a hard working taurus. People always comment on my work ethic. Now I am with my scorp, who I dearly love, who has opposite feelings about work as me. I look forward to mondays. He switches jobs, gets bored. Wants to play no work. My sis is the same, just living enough to get by, but oh! The love of people.

Personally, I have great work ethic. I like having priorities, something to work for, being busy, being successful in what i do and working toward that success. I like the finer things in life. so that, my pride (that i lack none of, haha) & power are what motivate me.

My Scorpio boyfriend & friends are pretty much the same way. I don't know if work ethic really can be judged by sign though. The people I know, that lack the most work ethic are actually Leos. they're supposedly the most prideful and this & that.

I am a work alcoholic, I have 3 jobs, and I always work towards a goal, I work more than I play. I love what I do, (helping people) that is why I am in the medical field. And I don't allow no one to stop me from making money.

I also have to disagree. My Scorp is a workaholic, and many Scorpios I have met have been all about working. You do have something on their needing to have a goal and not be under someone's thumb. Mine hates that and I remember working with a Scorpio who quit when a colleague was promoted above her. She said she didn't even like talking about Grey's Anatomy to this girl and now she had to answer to her?

all scorps i know r total workaholics and successful in what they do. sometimes works takes the 1st place in their lives. i had a scorp boss and she was very manipulative with everybody and got her way

I took me 10 years to find my calling. One day I realized that the last 2 jobs I was at I spent 5 years on both jobs in the medical field and when I got here at Howard University thats when I realized that I was to be in the healthcare field. I really felt good helping people. And my other 2 jobs are also in the medical field.

As for your sister doing missionary work. She likes helping people?

I work cos I have to not because I want to. If theres a job it will get done but don't expect me to go all out there..I am working for someone else..they pay me according to the tasks they want achieved don't see the point of putting your back out..

If I worked for myself..now that would be a different story.

She does, and people respond well to her. She has a big heart, and my bestfriend. Just true & real. She sees people sadness or whatever and knows what to say.

She also completed her degree & is an Art Therapist - Very new & interesting.

My younger scorp's like you describe but that cos he doesn't really like the job and can be a bit embarassing to admit any failing for scorp... what works is encouraging the person to go to what they enjoy doing. I don't know any scorpios that work. Except the ones still in school. And one who owns a restaurant in tx. (Sigh), I'm still trying to stabilize in my profession. I'm sort of like that girls sister. I like to travel, spend money, go to school and sign up for classes/activities left and right. After I get my other degree, I'm going to cut back: work, save and invest. Prior I felt that I'm young and want to spend money while I'm well young!!! Now that I got that out of my system, I'm ready to solidify a foundation of my v own.
