shady scorpio ex boyfriend

My ex boyfriend who happens to be a scorpio started to send me a message in myspace saying he miss me so much and he wanted to see me.. We already had this conversation about 3 months ago though, I told him it wouldn't be a good idea to meet him up because he's all the way at the other side of the world and I don't believe in long distance relationships. He didn't respond back but 3 months later like I said, he's shootin me the same message (he found me on myspace)asking where I'm stationed at (I'm in the military) and that he wanted to see me..I really care about this guy and I think that he's better suited with someone that is "physically" there for him and not just a phone call away.but yeah anyway I told him that I'm stationed in Japan in myspace and he didn't respond back..He really has this tendency to stop communication and then a month or 2 months after just shoots me an e-mail saying he misses me and even regrets breaking up with me but what I don't really understand is his motive of doing this..What does he want from me because it's been 2 years since we broke up for God's sake! It took me a long time to get over him, now that I finally did, he started to reappear in my life again saying he wanted to see me..It kinda tortures me in some way because I usually put the past aside FOR GOOD and never look back but all this is just making me think and reminisce the relationship that I had with him..But honestly I never had a relationship with any man where my feelings were so strong that it still lingered for years..But then again we both know our relationship is not going to work out so I don't really see the point of him doing this, unless he's just playing that silly mind games of his coz he's moody by nature..I'm a Virgo by the way if that counts..

Sorry that was long..but let me get to my main point
How come Scorpios have this sudden infatuations, and then suddenly losing interest only to come back again at full force? Does their hot/cold behavior only mean that their just messing with your head and that they are not really that into you? Are they the type who just don't let go of their exes easily or they just love to play mind games to gain control because it makes them feel good and flattered that they still have somewhat emotional control of their exes?

From the several scorpios I know this seems true. They just are that way. Just gotta bring out the best sides of them. 🙂

this sounds not too disimilar from the situation I'm in with my Scorp: we were childhood sweethearts but were constantly separated by distance (he was in the US Navy and I was in university in Canada). We broke up (11 years ago) but could never forget each other. We decided to get back together last year (I am based in London he is based in US). During all our communications, my Scorp was 110% certain that we should get back together and get our lives on track. One of us was going to think about moving etc...Now I am actually here in US visiting for 4 + weeks, he is now blowing lukewarm to cold...after months of longing to see each other etc etc etc, it's like he is overwhelmed (or something). I am trying not to let it get me down. Like DB mentioned to you, I don't think my Scorp does it deliberately, but it is a combination of cold feet, nerves, needing to be absolutely sure before making ultimate commitment...I think you should give your Scorp some space for a while...they usually need to go into their caves to sort things out. Perhaps their own feelings overwhelm them at times, and they pull away to gain some perspective. I think a male Scorp who is really into someone (or is seriously considering a lady who has serious potential in his mind) is more likely to keep you at a distance before he decides to make you his and drag you off to his cave (my Scorps words, not mine!). Hope this is some food for thought...

I'm a Virgo cancer12...I really appreciate you guys taking the time to reply to this, In my opinion it just takes a very positive person to understand these Scorpio men or someone who is strong with a high level of self-esteem or else it would be really hard to keep up with these men and their mixed signals..U guys are right I'm probably just overthinking things and in reality there is no hidden agenda..Anway, I'm surprised a Scorpio like Dancing Bread actually speaks up to this matter..I've always thought Scorpios would prefer to keep their mysterious reputation 😉 But thanks again guys! kisses*

We really don't go all out there and be mysterious..maybe thats just the way people perceive us. I don't think I am all that mysterious but if you think I am then who am I to argue with your thought process..
