The Scorpio stare
Yes I've checked him out, but I won't stare him down or anything, mine are just casual glances, his are full on stares.
He is so into you. When they stare it's because they want you.
So the age factor doesn't phase me, but how should I be playing this out, so far its we have been fun and playful all barring the staring malarky, but we do work together, so that is going to play into it alot.
In our random conversations he's asked if I have any nicknames and he's ideal women are the confident ones yadda yadda.

Yes, they always say the same thing: you have to be smart, confident, strong and can keep a secret. otherwise, you get ignored pretty fast!!
Well, I don't think the staring will stop anytime soon. He's now on fire. The game is on! So, my advice to you would be to either play along and have fun while it lasts, or ignore his stares completely. It's up to you if you wanna date the coworker or not.
I think for now I'm just going to see how this pans out, I've kept everyone of his secrets he's told me, and it's told me a few.
He's a private person like I am, so for the whole co-worker thing again I'll see how we pan out first.

lol @ the vast age gap of 7 years!! a scorp giving me the stare (pointlessly as he's attached) is 18 years younger than me. guys just don't see it for some reason...not when they want a piece of your ass they don't. for something more serious, i don't think such huge age gaps work but 7 years won't make much difference in your case...at least you're the same generation.

He's definately not a stalker, but I think merely intrigued by me because I have zero tolerance of bulltwang at our place of work at the moment and we are each others sounding boards.
Plus I said to him as a joke that the "blue rinse" crowd thinks he's such a good guy and one had her eye on him and if she was 30yrs younger she'd have a crack, his response was "ewww that would make her near the 40 age, yuck" I'm nearing 40 so he's definately not intersted in me with the age difference....
But good to know now, now we just have to endure together the train wreck that is about to happen at our work place through one person.

Have you been stung by the Scorpio sting, dear libragemmale? Or perhaps you've come across many unevolved ones...theu hurt...I know myself that I am far too young to have fully evolved yet; into the Phoenix (some say Eagle). Scorpios are an emotional mess at first, but once evolved they are wonderful people! Especially if you're looking for someone who can keep committed to you. If you're not (you being an Air sign and all - the free spirits), that's fine, too. Friendship works. But if you wanna keep that grudge, I can't stop you...lol
Then again, I know Librans and Scorpios aren't very compatible because Librans rather dislike the harsher traits that a Scorpio possesses...they're generally the peace keepers, right? 🙂

Sorry Scorp I may have sounded off a bit there , truth is I have met and grown to love many 'Golden Eagle' type Scorpios, they are amazing people !! However , Ive noticed over the years some (especially a few males) to be quite jealous and even hateful of me and their rage has surfaced out of nowhere (so yes that would be considered a sting) But I have Scorpio in my Mercury and I fight back Fiercely ! . I am now more tuned into Scorps. and I would rather not deal with the dark ones. I love and thrive on peace and love .

you never want him to stop staring. if he stops staring, its because someone else has caught his gaze.
