Why isn't he the aggressor

With my Scorpio, it seems as if I am always the aggressor. I mean sometimes it is the ish for me to be aggressive, but more times than many, I am the one. And if you haven't guessed by now I mean sexually. I don't understand it because it has never been knock down drag out blow your back out with us, except when we are arguing or when we don't see each other for a while. He is reserved, and likes me to take the intiative to start it. We enjoy it when it finally happens, but sometimes I want him to come after me. He isn't in to foreplay either. I am a 37 year old picean, who is very sexually attentive and have this problem with no one else I have been with.....What can it be? I thought that Scorpios love hard and are passionate.

clt my scorp friend is the same way...he would just lie there and say "Tell me what you want me to do" which would completely turn me off. Just do it jeez. I cant give what Im not getting in return. Its just to weird. I just want us to go at and let nature take its course

It is funny because at one point I was thinking that it was something we me, I mean I actually thought that he wasn't sexually attracted to me. But I realized it was just the opposite, he gets turned on by the thought of the other person wanting him. That must be awful what your going through..Is he a quiet person? The quiet ones are the lazy ones I think when it comes to sex..but don't quote me on that..the crazy ones you have to watch but they are usually athletes in bed..

He is broken born and raised, he can get hype when he wants to...he is a hard worker and he plays basketball in an over 30 league, but when it comes to the mo' betta it is like bowling.

well, he could be super sensitive and because of this he might not feel confident about himself with you. do you tell him enough positive things about how you feel about him and/or positive things concerning how you feel about sex with him? i think scorps are always judging themselves and if he is doing so he would need your encouragement in order to get him to relax with the self-effacement and to be more comfortable with himself and with you. do you think he might have an inferiority complex? have you ever rejected him?

also another thing to think about, scorpios are known for their extremes- so they can supposedly be either very sexual or just as easily completely non sexual. depends on what phase they're going through.
