Taurus man asked me to text him, then never responded

From my perspective, everything seemed to be going well. Over an email, I asked him out to coffee. He accepted and then gave me his number so we could work out "some dates." So I did what I thought would be right by texting him and then he straight up never responded... It's been over a week and no response. Should I even bother reaching out again? Why would he ask me to reach out to him and then just not respond?! It's driving me crazy!!

No, he's not interested. Were you bugging him about going out? Maybe he gave you a number to shut you up? Leave him alone. Let him come to you. If he's interested in you, he will. If not, move on and focus on your life.
