Hell yeah! I was a vegetarian for about 9 years of my life until returning to meat again, but I still like to stay healthy!
I'm thinking of returning to the cause, because I can't stand the idea of a cow screaming in pain.
But staying healthy and eating vegetarian/vegan meals regardless is awesome. There are so many spices, vegetables, fruits, herbs, substitutes out there, it's fascinating!!
