I don't see it as vengeance or anger. More like intense irritation at someone harshing my mellow.
I agree with Robyn on this one. Someone comes at me while I'm just trying to chill, it's annoying, to say the least.
I generally have two ways of dealing with that.
• you want to know what I think, here it is...I'd prefer to say it once and that's it. But unfortunately, some can keep on going and going after that. Exhausting...
• Blank stare/silence.

pretty much - if someone comes at me with an attitude, I smile to myself and walk away and if I can't walk, the blank stare and silence works well
this surely helps but does not solve the ball sucking bozo problem
