I bought a new car last night and it has thrown a lot of people off, most saying that the car I bought is just so outside of my typical conservative nature. Thing is, I love this car and the color. It's a sporty car with a turbo engine and it's a green/brown color.

What kinds of cars do you have and what colors are you drawn to? When I was car shopping, I navigated to the earth tone colors, especially browns and greens.

Vehicle singular. Frosty green Ma wagon ( van ). What I lust over are older vehicles, '30s - '70s. I veer towards richer colors like red for eye candy bangability. Deep purple, black, rod colors. What I would have no question is a huge stick shift truck. Hammering on 8 cylinders. The only colors I don't care for are the ones that look like baby poo to my eye; burnt orange is one. Other vomit shades involving yellow, puce..goose shite green.
The idea of a hemi makes my heart beat faster. I heart vehicles. Right now my mission is to try and find an economical stick shift hoopty of sorts. Good ol' point A-B model easy on fuel. But ohhhh those midnight lust missions clapping a most appreciative and sparkling eye to image after image.

I have many dream rides.

Same here, one for all occasion really if money wasn't an issue. however since I can't get what I want, the utilitarian in me chose a car that could get me everywhere I needed to go dirt roads, the track, highway, gets great gas mileage, etc, etc...a swiss army knife without the high insurance premiums to boot.

nobody mentioned The Bull bred out of Bolognese 😉

My dream rides are older vehicles. Mid-30s to early 70s. I look at todays vehicles and think they all look too boxy. Too identical. Like the character and presence of all that rolling steel. Huge engines..all those beautiful horses running. No high beams so bright they pin you to the side of a road like a bug. No cookie cutter grills. I can admire the beauty and flash of modern..but if I had paper to slap down it'd be on vintage/classic/rods. Now..if someone held me down and said I'd have to get new I'd get a huge truck..Dodge Ram, Land Rover. Along those lines. Something that makes sense for icy and slick roads. Won't go skittering off like a tiddlywink. Stick shift a definite plus. In case I have a long stretch of unoccupied road and a poor attitude.
