An... Older Attraction

I can't count the amount of disappointed women I have come across thanks to my age or lack there of.

Only one was bold enough, a Pisces of 10+ years to mine, who I incidentally lost "it" to.

I'm just curious, if other Virgo fellows have had these experiences.
My August 31st pal and I often spoke at lengths about how "women our age are not serious, don't know what they want and are just out to have fun" and how we prefer older women.

I have to say, it's happened to me a lot and if I had the chance, I would definitely not hesitate to pick an older women over a young one.

Thoughts, opinions?

hmmm i think its a about the maturity of the person and what they want for themselves i like older woman but if a young lady has wisdom of a older woman i would take them 2.


i have lots of saturn aspects in my chart like mercury square saturn and venus sqaured saturn which says i like older people which is so true i rather be around older people because of the wisdom they carry.

I'm 5 years older.... hahahaha. Soon to be 6 years older in April. LOL

I agree with you on this sentence....I know a lot of people who are between 30-40 years old who doesn't know what they want in life and misguided. Some are married, sleeping with half of the hos in Germany, some just came from a divorce, and some are just crazy. However these people I know are in the military so yeah....

funny.... usually it's females that choose older men because younger guys our age don't know what they want.

When I was 18, I had many love affairs with older men. At 22, I was with a 45 year old, and it was great. Except, he was looking for a wifey, and I was still in my college days where I wanted SOME fun.

Now that I'm my age, I'm looking for someone around my age because I want to SHARE my life with. I've done what I've wanted to do... I've had the one night stands, I've had the sugar daddy, I've had the one who broke my heart...... I've done that. I know what I'm looking for, so I guess I have no choice but to wait, since I won't take second choice. Nor will I be second choice....

Yes, it's through my experiences...... I can't regret any of them, because I'm so assure of what I want and what I'm looking for. And I think I can be fairer on a partner.... and I think this is why I haven't just thrown my virgo out the door and walked away, because I actually understand that making something work requires work.

I thought that I knew long before what I was looking for, but as you grow older, and circumstances change in your life, and you experience certain things with lovers, you develop and change. Having standards is something I've always adhered to. It was the way I was raised. But sometimes you think someone loves you, and you risk everything that you stand for in your life..... it makes you re-evaluate.

I know that one thing for me that is very important is dependability. The emotional stuff, sending me flowers and gifts, that's not neccessary. I need to know that I can depend on you for me to think of you as a potential partner. Honesty, and communication is another thing I value. And having tons of fun.... having common interests, having goals, and achieving things together.

Shoot..... I've even thought about having kids, and I have always said I don't want kids. Life changes you.... that's why people that enter your life are there for a purpose.

hmm...my virgo beau was 6 years younger than me if i'm remembering correctly. he approached me so and for the most part, i won't say that he was more mature for his age. i think we just met somewhere in the middle.

it's funny. i don't like to date older guys because they usually seem to be trying to avoid growing up (when the want to date younger women). younger guys (who want to date older women) are usually way more relationship oriented and wanting something serious. and hotter. and less controlling. so they're a win all around.

but florida is kinda weird.

Man, I sooo agree! Men my age don't usually approach me as much as younger men and who am I to complain...lol. The Virgo I am seeing is almost 8 years younger than I am. You are right about a lot of the older men. In fact they are looking for women quite a bit younger actually and some that I have been interested in actually wanted someone younger than me! The younger ones are usually hotter and they can be less controlling even though my ex (also 7 1/2 yrs younger) was very controlling but I think that was his sign (Scorpio) and his culture (Mexican from Mexico). A man of 22 just asked me out and I had to say no b/c I have a daughter that is 20 and I'm not sure if I could feel right about that...lol.

How is Florida weird about that? I'm curious. :-)

I'm 15 years older than my Gem but, I feel like I'm younger than him. He makes me feel that way.
My ex husband is a Cappy and is 10 years older than me but, he made me feel old because of his need to control me.
My Gem is totally respectful of my individuality and atonomy. Perhaps my feeling young with him is the fact that he
brings out the playful child in me. I think your right about older woman are attractive to some younger guys because most of them do know what they want provided that they are pretty well experienced and grounded.

probably not the libra in him then. actually at the end of virgo, scorpio placements can be common. i know a virgo with a mars/venus in scorpio. as well as a retrograde saturn in pisces. a crush i will not be pursuing. at least not with serious intentions.

eh. it's just got something of a party culture. it's really easy for older men to date younger women and then trade them in for a newer version. anyone who's looking to settle down and act responsible seems to move away. and everyone who seems to move here seems to be looking to party. it's where people come when they can't succeed at home, where people come when they don't want to do an honest days work in order to get an honest days pay. i mean, i'm sure the party mentality happens everywhere to some extent, but it seems to be less of a problem in a lot of other places. i'm looking to move in the summer, probably to charlotte nc or columbia sc, but i still haven't decided for sure.

i used to think it was just me. or that society everywhere was just totally depraved. but anytime i visit to other places where i've got family, people seem so much more normal and well-adjusted. and all my friends who moved away seem to like their new homes so much more than tampa.

The Leo that I was with for 8.5 years was five years older than me. The Taurus what I was with for six months last year was about 3.5 years older than me. I've always related well to older people, even when I was a small child I enjoyed conversing with adults more than other children.

Not necessarily, lying and craziness is associated more with Gemini and Sag and besides, in astrology, you must look at the sum of all parts. That is, having scorpio rising or scorpio venus, etc does not mean much or make someone a liar, you have to look at the aspects, such as squares and opposites. When it comes to lying, mercury squares aspects are very common.

Besides, if he was born on 9/18, then he is heavily influenced by libra, libras can be fickle, manipulative and liars.

gems and sags lie for fun and for the hell of it and because they can. they've also got a bad habit of blurting out the truth, even when they'd probably be better off lying. scorpios lie to hide the truth of who they are in a strange, self-protective way. they aren't generally liars, at least not for the fun of it. they hate when others lie. but if a scorpio is into somebody and a lie will get their foot in the door, they'll lie. and that's what that guy did. he lied to go out with her, even though he knew the truth would come out eventually. he was just figuring that she'd be so taken by him that she'd let the age difference slide.

and like i said, i know somebody born on sept 18th who's got mars conjuct venus in scorpio, so it's not exactly impossible that this person does too. the 16th, i'd guess libra, but toward the end, scorpio becomes more likely. it could be looked up pretty easily. birth times are necessary for ascendent and often for moon, but you can probably get the other planets by simply using birthday/year and location.
