Quoted from another site:

"Virgos are turned off by displays of affection and mushy behavior. Getting overly romantic with them can drive them away for good. The best way to express your affection with a Virgo is to be honest, open and trusting. Long talks, taking hikes and even a massive housecleaning project are all good ways to spend time with your Virgo man and show you care."

Is this quote correct in saying if a woman shows her affection for you ... does this drive you away?

no affection doesn't chase Virgos away, unless you're unattractive to him in some way. In in that case he'll just avoid you. virgo is a very shallow and physical sign. If you aren't hot, there is about nothing you can do to make them like you. Trust me it's all about who shows their affection to Virgos, and not the act of affection itself.

hey we aint libras now although i have libra placements so i can be very shallow at times then virgo placements puts them in check lmao.

leo suns and moons mega shallow lmao

stop asking questions and enjoy what you have for the moment.

How else do we learn if we don't ask questions?

True. We need to ask questions, but the same time, I feel like we need to have common sense too. And this is completely general outside of astrology. Think about this: if a guy likes you, does it really seem wise to act like you don't even give a shit? Like, if a guy says he likes you and you just shruug it off, do you really think that's going to keep the guy coming back in the long run? Just because something says we're aloof and we don't respond well to emotions doesn't mean we dont' want it. I agree with what others said that the only reason I don't like displays of affection is if it comes from someone I don't like romantically. But if you're someone I like, I WANT you to respond with a lot of emotions. We mirror what we are given; you show us that you like us, we will do the same, and vice versa.

Hey at least you are honest.
When I see an not-so-attractive girl, I like to talk to them because sometimes they have more to say than beautiful women. And you know sometimes its nice to make someone feel special.
I mean, im sure some women dont find me attractive. So I know what it feels like when an extremely beautiful woman doesnt mind talking with me, it makes me feel cool, like im in a porno.

damn....you had me going until you got to "it makes me feel cool, like im in a porno".

Yeah. My bad. I always ruin my posts by adding some absurd thing at the end. Iguana spermface.

Thanks for that! :o) But I got my original quote from an astrology site about Virgo males, so I wanted to know if this was true for Virgo men or whether it was a bunch of bollox.

Lol, I know you got it from a site. Not many sites really get us right. And that site really sounds like a load of bull, no offense. =x

Depends what else is in his chart. I'm turned-off by women who don't show flamboyant displays of affection, because it makes me think they're ashamed of me or trying to hide their connection to me for some reason. I like to feel like a woman finds me irresistible and can't help but smother me with love. That said, I have Leo rising, so maybe that's why.

I have Leo rising too and love displays of affection ... I'd feel kinda insecure if I wasn't given any.
