Are Virgos like Aries in a way?

I was attending this short course and there's this superbly dominant, self-centred female in my group. She only uses her ideas, appoints herself group leader, and presents all discussions. It's almost like she snatches everything like it's the last. And she takes everything that's supposed to be shared amongst 5 people. But, wow, nobody noticed. I did; she'd put everything in her folder, sneakily.

At first I thought, boy she must be aries, or at the very least, a Capricorn. But she's a virgoan I found out a good few weeks later.

So I'm curious.

How much of the virgo personality is go-getting?
I know Virgos admire Aries, but I didn't know they were alike in some fashion.

Aye or nay?

Think of aries as are more impulsive halves. We both see situation we want to pursue, but the aries will more than likely rush into it whereas the virgo is going to sit back and inspect everything before going in. Aries and virgos both have a sense power, but the aries is more obvious while the virgo is more subtle.

Also, the aries can be a little more naive than the virgo.

Yes we are alike, Virgos and Aries.

Virgos differ in the fact that we don't fall for hopeless cases, are less clumsy and are often quite shy.
Aries are not as analytical as the Virgo, definitely more emotional and reactive.

I mean Virgos need to be number one?

I have been sitting beside the lady for a good 9 weeks (not daily of course) wondering what the hell made her so opportunistic and self serving. I could practically *feel* her desire to be numero uno and win at all costs, caring not for those around her. But she's careful to 'buy over' people with advice, and she also 'buys' friends with gifts! But they're not sincere by any means.

Nay, sorry!

I kind of feel insulted that you would think that Aries females act like that lol. I mean as a stereostype I could understand where you are coming from but everyone is different. Astrology is a starting point in getting to know more about someone or understanding them but it's not the final word.

The Aries have a fervent need to be #1 no matter what. But if they have a conscience, or if they are lazy/uninterested, they'd gladly fall by the wayside.

And pls dont be insulted, its not a personal attack. Who knows you've overcome all that and manifest only the best attributs of your sign? It's possible.

Well... maybe you are not reading her right 😢

Some of us can come off like that, us second decans especially. But we really have people's best interest at times....

I agre with your first paragraph!

But, naivity regarding Aries, no! You shouldn't take them at face value. For Aries its very muchly about the image - esp the image of naivite.

This lady could have Aries in her chart. She certainly seems to have her mars in a fire sign.

Her mars is in scorpio..
venus in leo
sun in virgo 17 degrees give or take
moon late virgo 28.. 29.. towards libra.

no aries

I figured she has some scorpio in her. And her mars in scorpio makes sense. Scorpio is also a very manipulative sign that is always testing people in some way.

No, I'm not saying you are like her.
She's really go-getting. I can tell you why
She came from another country on her own; to do that she has to have a considerable amount of go-getting-ness inside her.

And no, I'm reading her right.
I've been trying to get a feel of her since April.
Plus, she has no reason for care for anyone around her; we are acquaintances with no connections to each other.

I think you're right it could do alot with the Mars in Scorpio.
But I dont find her manipulative. She's more authoritative, dominant, careless (with regards to others), with a strong need to win - win - win.

lol. she has more faith in herself than she does the rest of the group. she feels she is smarter and a harder worker. she knows she'll do a great job, and doesn't know the rest of you. so it's in her best interest to do everything. pretty simple stuff. virgos can totally be like that.

an aries wouldn't be doing that. at least not a female aries. she'd be looking for somebody to flirt with and doing her very best to look cute. aries girls are strong as hell, but they also like to be super girly. and they aren't very fond of doing very much work. aries are fine if they're working for themselves, but for others too, hell no.

capricorn...well, they don't like to actually do much. they like status. they like to look important. they'll steal ideas. they'll question ideas so they can be "right" if things don't work out. if cap was the "leader" of the group, they would make sure everyone else did all the work, with them doing the bare minimum to make it look like they were the key player, while secretly finding a virgo to do all the real work. lol.

any time somebody is doing all the work, virgo is the best assumption to make. maybe aquarius.

but seriously, you'd sooner see a libra doing all that than an aries or cap. and you know how lazy we can be.

hahah this lady has my bday !!

anyways i agree a lot with what some ppl in here have said about virgo - aries conection. i always seen it and its defintely there ... except like some1 said aries is more in ur face obvious and virgo is more subtle and quiet. even if a person has all virgo in their chart i know virgos who can get VERY competitve!!!!

also i have libra in mars and i am very compttetive person .. so sometimes , signs should be interpreted a little moore deepy .. maybe im not as outright sbout my competitiveness as aries but it is always there. to me it is like, everything is a competition even if the other person doesn't know it.
