Aries And virgo
It's a great match.
Unlike other women, Aries ladies are straight forward and honest. Direct and to the point.
They tell you what is going on and love love love Virgos for these same characteristics.
There is a strong physical attraction typically and Aries ability to lead conversation goes well with the Virgo likeness of listening and making critique.
The only real problem is when we don't see eye to eye, then the Aries and Virgo stubborn-ness become apparent.
Either could be "Wrong and Strong" and they would not come to an easy agreement, if it all.

well, if anyone has had success with an aries, would love to hear about it. my virgo friend's aries is driving her absolutely insane. i hate to see her like this and aside from wanting to shake her backbone into place, not sure what to say/do.
example would be, the last time they talked was sun. she caught him on yahoo im last night and they messaged for a bit. she made me get on b/c they started trading funny videos and she needed material as virgo doth not know funny 😉
anyhoo, he liked one of the vids and told her it was funny. she commented on what she liked about the video, he "lol." well, soon thereafter he went idle and then disappeared for about 2 hours. i guess she was staring at the computer or something to know that? she went invisible and soon he went un-idle and signed off...you know, i'm getting pissed as i type this minor league crap! sheesh...
well, she called me and asked what to do and i told her to ignore him as man can sense "needy and crazy." i also suggested that she send him a direct EMAIL asking him the questions she wanted answers to. of course, she played dumb and asked me "what question?" see during these times she needs a lot more help with common sense. all that said, because this virgo is emotionally-challenged, she sent him a text instead that IMHO screamed needy. he replied soon after and said, "fell asleep." it relaxed her of course but that's after several hours of her being obsessed and sad.
the only question i have now is, how do you get a virgo to recognize that they're trying too hard, worrying too much, being too sensitive and such in a relationship?
she's normally not like this but when she likes a boy, i think she sabotages it without knowing it and i'd like to help her recognize where she's going wrong before it goes wrong. i've told her where/how she needs to relax but it's fallen on virgo ears 😛

Common elements:
1. Both VMs are VERY laid back and unflappable.
2. Both AWs are smokin' hot babes. (Both are brunettes, too.)
3. Both couples do lots of stuff together besides copulate. The older couple is always on the go, but their kids are grown, so they have more opportunity than the younger couple, who have two young sons (a Cappy & a Pisces).
4. Both AWs speak their minds - a lot, and about everything.
really good observations. i can definitely see how these dynamics work.
from what she's told me, she feels like he tries to goad her into debates which she interprets as arguing/conflict.
she's definitely NOT laid back and if you stuck a piece of coal...uhm, yeah, you get the idea.

on a friendship level, her inability to relax is one of the things that's always bothered me about her but at the end of the day, it's her. i think she's attracted to people who are the exact opposite of her. in the end, that might be why she's unable to have an accord.
i don't think anyone should have to change who they fundamentally are in a relationship but i can't imagine being with a fire sign and not having explosive encounters here and there...and being cool with it. i guess the ideal virgo for an aries would be one who truly can withstand the heat?

Aries are adventurous, and love to be challenged. Virgos can supply a lot of adventure, and the mere nature of Virgo is a challenge in itself. Stubborn, stubborn, stubborn. But it's a dose of Aries own medicine, and vice versa.
I have never been in disagreement with my Virgo, until now. I find that he avoids and gives in too easily, and I feel that I cannot express myself around him. This is an issue for me. Some bullshit has occurred where he made his choices, and so I took my stance. I gave him a chance to sit down and talk, but he chooses to use non-verbal communication. Brooding in his silence. I wanted to kick in his front door and punch him in the face.... it hurt so bad, but I took my stance.
So, I haven't communicated with him... he keeps calling and texting. I've deleted him from my phone, but I live with his friend. Last night, I came home and he was waiting for me. I was scared that this was going to happen since I turned cold on him, but I was surprised that he showed up so quickly. I thought for sure since he was silent that he would stay away. But the truth is, even when I turn to ice, the ice still has to freeze, so there is still that window of opportunity.
He and my roommate fixed up the living room (just moved in). Virgo gave us his couches since he got new ones, so they set up the room really nice. It was a kind gestured, and I noticed that there were certain things in that that I said that I wanted. I got the message.....
He hugged me and told me that he misses me and that he read my book (I wrote him a long text before I deleted him). I told him that was just chapter one.... it was a short conversation, but sweet. He listened as I expressed my concerns about him, and he gave me a kiss on the cheek, and said that maybe I'm the one to help him with it. And that's when he left.....
Even though we are out on the skirts right now, he needs to stop denying himself certain things. I believe this Aries has the courage, strength, and honesty to break into his Virgo world. I don't want to be shut out, and think he sees this. Maybe yesterday was his way of expressing that I mean something to him. We are too similar, and that can be a blessing and a curse at the same time. He is a challenge for me, mostly because it's like a mirror is being held right infront of me. My own actions reflect back onto me....

I find that my Virgo is very outdoorsy.... he has taught me fishing, and we are always out on the boat exploring for new spots, fishing, climbing.... that was one of the things that really brought us close as friends. Out of all our friends, I was the one he could call up at 3 am because it was high tide.
I also enjoy his need to be at home. It's security. It's awesome, because we both love the same things. When we are at his house, we turn on jeopardy, cash cab, the history channel, or the discovery channel, pull out the crossword puzzles, smoke a couple of bowls together, and we don't have to say a damn word to each other. It's serenity.
I find that more and more I'm trying to calm my life down. It's why I moved in the first place by myself, but my life is very busy. Working in a kitchen is crazy. Plus I'm going to school. So, pulling in close to 60-70 hours a week, plus a full load of school has been crazy. I don't feel the need to go out as much as I did. I highly enjoy just relaxing, or doing something outdoors to replenish myself. I find being on the water healing. I'm starting to connect the dots in my life.

Let me just say that sometimes after the virgo leaves I find myself resenting him for making me lose control. It's a bit unsettling when you cross paths with someone so unassuming and seemingly innocent who eventually has you doing things you never imagined doing. I thought I was a good girl, he's repeatedly proving otherwise.
