How do you tell a Virgo you're disappointed?

So, there's a Virgo in my life who I've recently become more attractive to. I don't see him much, maybe once, twice a week, but when we do spend time together, it's always fun and fantastic. He's a musician (swoon!) and has invited me to some of his concerts in the past. Well, he had a Battle of the Bands type competition last weekend. I found out about it through facebook when friends were congratulating him for a great performance. I was so bummed that he didn't invite me, especially since I'm the biggest cheerleader when it comes to my friends/loved ones and others obviously knew about the gig. I want to ask him why he didn't mention it to me, but I'm worried he might get defensive or feel like I always want to be around him. I don't, I'm not smothering at all, but this was a big deal, and I'm curious. I wish I could've been there. Does anyone have advice about how to approach him about my disappointment. Plus, I already left a comment on one of the photos on facebook just saying "Congratulations, that looks awesome!"

Dont say shit to the jackass. I mean, the fact that everyone knew about the gig , except you, thats kind of fucked up.
We must investigate further.

lol Me too!

But, right? This was a little out of left field for me. I'm just gonna wait and see if he mentions anything about it. But, I don't even know why our mutual friends didn't tell me they were going. Well, I mean, I would want HIM to invite me, but still, no heads up. Whatevs. I'll keep you guys updated. ha.
