I didn't realize what I did til after it was done. I don't know what to do but give him space!
I hurt/embarrassed my Virgo!
Yea I think I'll try a sincere apology. I have alot of insecurities with him. He cheated at the beginning of our relationship. He told me 4 months after it happened. Ever since then haven't been able to regain trust in him. He seems like he wouldn't cheat again but I don't know. He likes attention and stares at women alot. He also flirts alot but he's asked me to marry him. I know I hurt him but I just don't know if I'll ever be able to trust him. I'm a Gem btw!

This is just me, I don't expect other women to really agree with me on this but I've dated enough to know when a man is unevolved meaning meaning his dick--what he does with his dick is directly tied to his manhood, who he is as a man is directly tied to his sexuality and thus his self esteem (99% of his self esteem) directly derives from women and this kind of man cannot be trusted because everything he says and does is directly tied into his penis and attention from women affirms his worth and thus you'll never be able to emotionally connect with a man in long term meaningful way that ogles and flirts and has sex with women in your face, he can't empathize with you because so much of who he is is tied into his penis, his identity is tied into his penis, his feelings of high self worth is tied into OTHER WOMEN and you WILL NEVER be able to compete with that, he simply has no identity outside of his sexuality and this kind of man is lethal to a woman's emotional mental and possibly physical health.
Before you marry him, go to counseling to get this sorted out, he may just learn to understand what he believes about himself that other women affirm his worth isn't the most effective way of growing up as a man.
I feel for you because you'll either have to accept he's a womanizer and choose to be insecure or you can RAISE your standards, wish him well and move on because here's the thing your self esteem is at risk, you're LOSING yourself and once that happens it all goes downhill.
Try being honest with yourself FIRST about his behavior and then you can be more open, honest & assertive with him, if you can't handle the idea/fact that he cheated then let him go, don't torture yourself by staying with a guy that has low impulse control, it's not worth it especially when there is a guy for you that won't treat you this way but if you stay with him he'll most likely cheat again if he hasn't already done it because unfortunately accepting him into your life after he revealed he cheated set a STANDARD, the standard is, if he cheat on you you'll stay. Observe how he's pushing the boundaries right now, he's ogling & flirting with other women in your face and you are STAYING, your not leaving and thus you are TEACHING him it's okay to ogle women, it's okay to cheat and you'll stay so it's not just him, it's you too, you are ENABLING this behavior to go on.

Some men no matter the sign will push back on your boundaries to see what he can and cannot do, by you staying and allowing this to happen you are silently saying to him you're desperate to keep him and thus you'll stay with him despite it all, yeah you'll moan and groan and pitch a fit but you don't leave and if he doesn't fear losing you he'll drag you through the dirt, wipe his feet on your back if you let him.
He doesn't respect you. You accepted less and thus he's giving you less, you staying with him after he cheated has backfired on you because now he just thinks you??re a needy, desperate woman that—ll take his crap thus he's treating you like your not good enough for him, had you set a higher standard like not taking him back after he cheated and instead held your ground that unless he EARN his way back into your life he can't be with you well things could have played out a lot differently than it is right now, he would have stepped up to the challenge to show you he's a better man, he can be better than the way he behaved or he would have left which would allow you to see that he's not good enough for you and indelibly shown you he would have continued to cheat.
