I have more respect for the person who realizes that people aren't really your friend, and so they are cautious .... rather than the idiot who has no clue that acquaintances aren't friends and so they blurt out all of their dramatic bullshit, just to whine later that they were taken advantage of.

to be cautious is a good thing .... realize it

Good advise

I was the opposite in a way....had "friends" growing up and was more outgoing but was also shy (leo moon vs virgo sun, constant battle). The older I get though, the more my introverted nature arises. It gets lonely at times but then again being around people just drains all my energy anymore.

If you like sports...take up playing one or some school organization (like someone mentioned). It will help kinda break you out of your shell.

I'm also quite a loner all the time at school and I'm very quiet and shy. Do any of you fellow virgos experience any of these problems?

I'm very talkative and have always been, I can't think of any shy Virgos that are women. But a welcoming smile can always lead to friends. Some ppl are scared of what they "think" your face my be saying, folks usually judges a book by it's cover. I suggest always smiling that way ppl would want to speak to you. But I do agree with p-angel. Friends are rare. Start off with acquaintances. That way things will elevate. :-)
