Is this Virgo Man even interested? (Confused Gemini*May22,1986*)

I've known this Virgo(Sept 19,1981) since July/2009. We met Online, We've been talking on and off since, He's dating a girl for awhile during that time, but still stayed in contact.
He always pursues me, he starts most conversations.
He has asked me to come for a Bonfire at his place last year a few times but I kept turning him down, only because he does talk sexual to me so I thought he just wanted to fool around, even tho he did say to come with my Besties (his words), but since he would talk like that with me I didn't feel comfortable coming over for a bonfire.
But now this year I've learned that he isn't being serious when he talks like that, so now i joke around back with some witty remarks. but earlier this year Spring i couldn't take it anymore with the sexual talk and snapped at him asking if its Necessary to respond like that, and i asked him why can't he talk normal with respect. he did say yes he can talk normal, but i found him a bit immature at that time but after a few days he sent "Xo" to me and i sent him a Question mark, and he said "Just because" and i just said thank you.. We did have a normal conversation later but that only lasted 1 time. Then he went back to his normal talk, so I ignored him for a few months, and during those months he would still msg me and i wouldn't respond.. Then just November 1st, he messaged me asking When I'm taking him out to dinner, but i responded back asking when he's taking ME out to dinner,. then his response was "Haha" "We gonna make out after" then i replied "I'll think about it" then he said "lol" and then that was it. Then 2 weeks later i messaged him asking why he hasn't responded to my question, and he said "I don't know yet I work too much 😢 " so after i changed the subject and asked what kind of work he said and it took him a little while to respond but then said "Construction" "I want to take you" meaning wants to take me out to dinner, but when I told him which days I'm free to chill and said that we can crab a bite in the area, but then it started again he said, " What area yours?" " 😉 " "maybe mine too ?" but i responded "Funny guy over here, by area I meant Vaughan" then he disappeared!
2 weeks later he msged me asking to send a picture so i sent him a pic of me, then i asked the same to him. But when i sent him mine his response was "Nice was hoping for a lil more boob", but i said Very funny. and i responded back to what i thought of his pic "You look good ;P. Was hoping for more cleavage but it'll do 🙂 " but then he made a joke saying "Hold on sending cock pic" but then i said no thank you would rather see your face, but then he said "Im jk lol" "Ill take boob pics with face pics, double goodies" ((Meaning he would take pix of himself)).. so i laughed and said Sounds good to me 🙂".

ANYWAYS! during that convo he mentioned dinner again but i didn't respond to it, just acknowledged it,. Also during that convo we talked about video games and i told him how I can't seem to get my Nintendo 64 to work on my new Tv, so he offered to help and asked to send a pic of the wiring. So he was able to get it to work.. (( P.s. I know Virgos like being wanted/needed 😉 )) ... lol..

So what Im confused about is... Is he even interested in me!?.. He starts ALL conversations and the odd time I do, but when I do he doesn't talk much, but when HE starts the convo he talks More!.. He's brought up Dinner twice, and one time he brought up marriage but i took the lightly because the way it came out was he said he wanted to put my boob in his mouth and i said No, and then his response was "Not even if we are married, that sucks" then i responded back saying "Lol I never said Never" then he responded "Ugh" then i said "You know what they say, 'Patience is a Virtue' 😛 " then he said "Ya but boobs in my face is hot", then i said "Of course it is, lol" then he said "I want to play with them now ... What are you doing? lol" so he changed the subject cuz he knows it wasn't going anywhere...

anyways a Week later i msged him to see how he was doing but I knew he was out but he did respond to my msg, but when i saw he wasn't being talkative i just said " K well just wanted to say hi and see how you were doing, gotta go finish getting ready" which was last weekend....

But anyway, what do YOU guys think, Any Virgo men out there to give me some advice? I mean i want to msg him next weekend and ask him if he's free to go out to dinner, just to see his response, but I've read online to give him space, and that they like being Incharge and plan things, but then some sites say that I should make the first move,. Not sure What i should do...
