Virgo guy... what's he trying to tell me?

Sorry if this is long but I just can't figure this guy out and would like to know if anyone might be able to help me out with what his intentions are. Here it goes.

First of all, I'm an aquarius and I know Virgos and Aquarians do not match at all, but there is this virgo guy I work with and we have this "thing" between us. He has been flirting with me and is always staring at me for almost a year now. His friends are always staring at me like they know something I don't. The thing is that i'm thinking he likes me and have that intuition that he does. I can kind of tell he likes me also because he is always talking up other girls, but in a friends only way. He treats me differently then them. He gets quiet around me and I always find him staring at me from afar. So when this all started happening to me I felt uncomfortable because I have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend. But I feel this attraction to him. I guess we both felt it and things started getting weird between us and now it is just plain awkwardness. Sometimes he keeps the staring thing going and he gets shy and bashful around me but other times he completely ignores me and tries everything to avoid me. This goes off and on. Sometimes I think he hates me. Sometimes I thinks he likes me. Am I too intimidating for him? I don't have any intentions to act upon my feelings, but I just want to know whats going on inside his head. If anyone could get any information out of this and possibly tell me why he acts this way, it would be a great help.

You know, no, I guess you don't know . . I actually had a talk to myself and told myself that I was going to try real hard not to be mean to people . . but, I don't know if I hold myself to this commitment, or not.

Seriously . . the problem is that your thinking, obviously. Stop thinking and just be a girlfriend to your man because if there's anything you could possibly do to a Virgo in your lifetime . . intimidating one is NOT one of them.

You want some advice? Be real to your man and to yourself. What's highly probable with this Virgo . . he knows you're taken, yet, flirting with him, so he's fucking with you because you're acting like a sleeze.
