I am not sure where I got this but there is a lot of wisdom in it and it sits on my mind like hell.. every word of it..maybe you people also find something usefull in it.

Learn to work around self doubt and pessimistic thought patterns. See only the good in any situation. Put aside logic or intellect that gives you reasons to fear. Believe in what you want to attain and visualize it as often as you can. The nature support your ability to change your life and your world by changing the way you approach it through your thoughts. If you find you cannot change a literal situation?change the way you perceive it.
