Oh I had to laugh over this one.

My Virgo male sets his business suits out for work 2 weeks ahead of time. Sets them out perfectly on the bed, shirt, tie, underwear, socks, shoes, etc. Makes sure they look right, are color coordinated, whatever he does LOL it's almost comical. And he has more clothing & shoes than I do & is always looking to buy more. Always dressed like he's going to a grand ball or a formal dinner somewhere.

Babygurl, not all virgos are like that..(I better shoosh!! I COULD START A REVOLUTION; GOD KNOW WITH ALL THE OTHER STUFF I MENTIONED!!) like I always say; cleaning should just be done; it is practical; you make a mess clean it up type stuff.... it is a little extreme to color-coordinate clothes, but, hell people do it; I guess it could be her means of expression?....life is too short to just waste it cleaning every little spot....(that comment will probably get me on america's most wanted virgos....) nothing is perfect, but hell if there is dirt why not pick it up?

ha. my virguy can't stand it when i cut my food in anything but perfectly straight lines. he gets mad if i let the chicken 'touch' the milk in the fridge. why? i have no idea. i guess he's scared the bacteria will magically pass through the hard plastic container and contaminate the milk.

other weird neat stuff includes that the blinds MUST be tilted at a 45 degree angle UP, the bed must be made in order for us to lay in it at night (i really don't get this one), and he takes showers before going to the gym.

i still love him though

Neatness—? Surely you jest! This has little to do with being a Virgo. Again I refer to genetics and upbringing. My mom was an Aquarius and very neat till she had a breakdown and then everything went to hell. So from the time I was maybe 8 or so... I lived in a very messy unkept house... dirty dishes piled high in the kitchen... piles of clothes everywhere... she even saved Mc'ds styrofoam boxes by the dozens....

As an adult, I'M MUCH neater.... but I think the average person would find me pretty messy. I keep up on my laundry, but it just gets stuffed, unfolded into my dresser. I keep up on my dishes... but not every day... I wash 'em at least once a week, LOL.

I clean out my apartment only when it gets so messy that I can't find anything... then spend a day or so reorganizing everything.

I doubt neatness has anything to do with being a Virgo, LOL.

LOL JennaT,

Nothing to do with being a Virgo.

My ma, after she returned from the "land of the lost" and regained her senses... taught me lots about how to survive in the real world. I remember going to the fridge and getting out the cheese... and it being moldy. I'd say... mom, it's moldy.... she'd say, well just cut the moldy part off and it'll be ok. = ))

I remember getting ham out of the fridge and finding it "slimey"... my ma would tell me to just wash the slime off, LOL.

She taught me how to smell meat to tell if it was Bad, going bad, or on the "verge" but still edible.

So your V-guy JennaT, is just obsessive/compulsive... noting to do with being a Virgo. =)
