Awww, little trick I use for headaches (I don't get them often, but this works wonders) IcyHot, or mentholated ice rubs on your forehead, especially around your temples, and put a cold washcloth over it, then lay on your back. Doesn't even take 15 minutes before you feel better.

IcyHot...never heard of it..can tigerbalm work too, or vicks stuff?

Maybe a good night sleep will help too 😄

Unfortunately? My parents never taught us much 😢

Both were from Costa Rica, and never passed down all the great music.

I mean, we heard things played through the house, but never really were sat down and schooled on all the tunes.

There's one that I remember my mother playing the summer I turned 16,

"QUISIERA SER UN PEZ" - by Juan Luis. The first and only song my mother ever sat down to explain to me. It's beautiful 🙂



I hear that song, and instantly I remember that summer.
