She didnt move back in again as she is Mormon and wasn't supposed to be sharing a house with a guy before marriage.
I hooked up with a Mormon once.
That was fun.
He knocked on my door, literally and figuratively. 😂
He ended up leaving the faith after and years later got involved in drugs.
Ooops...
Anyway, I like the above advice to just enjoy it.

She seems to think relationships should start as friends first but I have never witnessed that from my experiences. Also, is it significant that she wants to attend Thanksgiving with my family or not?

Could be she's waiting till after the new year to break up officially after the holidays are over. But I hope thats not the case for your sake.

So after she jumps into a romantic relationship, moves in with you, then becomes unsatisfied and moves back home SUDDENLY she thinks relationships should start as friends first
I think it is something with her upbringing as it seems like her mother regrets having the kids and sounds like she would have re-done her life. Even told her kids that she regrets having them. I wasn't happy when she said her mother even stayed in a hotel at one point because the marriage wasn't working for her, presumably.
I KNOW she is texting a guy but claimed 2w ago that she hadn't met him and I haven't seen her meet anyone else. We were both touchy-feelie in a bf/gf way from Friday-Sunday and all of her time away from the church and work seems to be with her family or with me, hence why she seems interested IMO to work on "us" on some level.
