What are the sign when a taurus venus likes/loves/cares ?

Hi all, i would really appreciate if you all could share with me on the tips on how to know a taurus sign when they like/love someone, not necessarily love relationship but any kind of relationship.
what are the little things they would do if they care/like/love someone regardless gender ? Tbh I had been appreciating a taurus for years, less than 5 years. My mum is a taurus, 2 of my best friend is a taurus. I know that taurus is not that expressive sign, they are very privacy type. I do understand that, but also do know that if they love they will tell you. but this taurus gosh is so hard to know.
which i'd been appreciating for years, and i don't know where i stand in its life.
When i say i love you, it never reply that back , but I do caught that taurus stalked me, using the gift i bought for him/her, and she/he get me gifts on something i like but not everyone knows.
He/she did gave me gift something that they like to use. But never once express its feelings to me. In a simple words no assurance whether i'm liked or not.
i just don't know whether i should stop or be patient and keep appreciating, sometime it's sad. Its okay if he/she dont like me, but just be honest.
