In your context, you just need to be persistent back in saying no, not interested, buzz off, interested in only friends, etc

I would add in a fake name, just so he doesn’t think of it as a fake scenario to get closer to him.
Embellish on the crushes looks and make sure they are completely opposite of how he (The Cap) looks.

I like being his friend and talking, but, each offer he makes like this just leaks with hidden romantic intentions. (for the record, the 2nd time I friendzoned him was cause he said we should go to each other's places and cook dinner for each other, which sounded incredibly romantic-)
