Is it normal for a fire sign men and women to interact like this?

So I have a couple of people in my circle. One is a woman who we will call Rose, she is a Sag sun with a Gemini moon, Sag Venus, Sag Mercury, and Scorpio mars. The other is a guy called Steve, he has a Leo sun with a Leo moon, Leo mercury, Leo Venus, and Aries mars.

I noticed that over the year in knowing them, the interactions between them are very aggressive. Rose usually provokes Steve with trash talking, name calling, and even playful shoving. Just a year ago at a New Years party, Rose took Steve's drink and tossed it in the trash and told him "yeah do something b1tch". She mocked him a lot and talked a lot of trash to get under his skin. Steve said a few wise comments back at which point Rose gets very confrontational with him.

Then I noticed Rose trash talking Steve but there being sexual undertones. Steve made a mistake one time of putting something in the wrong place, she says "yeah don't use the brain much, too busy playing with that thing". She makes accusations of him sleeping around. One time she got drunk and came up to both me and Steve, said to Steve "shouldn't you be on the prowl boy?". Looks to me and says "yeah he is a freaking predator, I mean just a pervert, you like em young right Steve? Huh?". Steve laughs at which point Rose says "you have no comeback, dumb sleaze bag, yeah say something!", getting in his face with an angry look....

It got even more aggressive when she would shove him and dare him to fight her.

Then a few months ago, Rose stood in front of a sitting Steve with her butt in his face and kept getting closer, laughing as she was talking to a friend. Steve gently pushed her away but she tackled him on the couch. She seemed mad at first and they wrestled before she started laughing and having herself a time.

Steve told me he has been having a lot of fun with Rose ever since that New Year's party...

By having a lot of fun, he clarified he meant lots and lots of sex.

Steve is fiery

Fire plus Fire creates a larger fire.. So, that playful-teasing-aggressive-in your face stuff they're doing is just build-up of energy that may or may not need to exist but it does.. and they seem to be just going with it.
