Yeah I too respect people supporting trump that's their political choice. But I can't put my finger on it why would anybody still support this guy not long after calling dead warriors who fought and died for our freedom losers. And why would anybody still stand behind this man after all the name callings he's been giving. Can't anybody see that he's a bully. Like some people I heard on CNN said...he's not fit to be president. And I can't help but to agree with them. Everytime I see that man just standing behind the podium I immediately shake my head and turn my tv straight to the golf channel.
But if people wants to vote for him who am I to convince them not to. It's their rights.
God only knows I don't want this crazy man to run our country for a second term. I don't want to die with him still as our president if and when my time on this earth is up. I can't handle 4 more years of this orange man.

My Dad was a lefty and loathed the Tory beliefs but his three best mates were Conservatives. He loved them because they were good people despite having opposing political views.

That's not actually true. The stock market has been going up even during the pandemic. We also have lower covid casualties than many of the European nations and 50 million more test kits than the 2nd best country which is India.

Look like I always say I have to give props to Biden because through much personal adversity he was still able to Triumph successfully in many ways but I really don't think that governments have any control over Coronavirus. This nation has gone through a similar pandemic before even as recently as Ebola and H1 N1 but never have we shut down the economy. In fact our ability to outwork our competitors is what made this nation so amazing in the first place and that's the freedom they decide to take away this seems like a nefarious "cutting down to size."

You know what I do have to be honest and humble and give you that because most of the Trump supporters I know with only a few exceptions are reasonably uneducated and blind followers of rhetoric but I do thank you for that sir you are also a great gentleman and you've always been extremely respectful and I appreciate that it's a breath of fresh air

You can't see what you don't want to. Someone could look at the Left's resistance to our ultra-conservative right as run of the mill...but it is not. We are currently locked in an existential crisis to the Union.
More generally, if any society gets too far from reality either on the right or left, people die. Ideologies intent on causing that die off are enemies. That is enough reason to make someone an enemy for a time until more peaceable and permanent reconciliation can happen IF it can happen at all.click to expand

If Trump wins, it won’t be because he won fair and square. He’s as dodgy as a 7 cent piece.
If he doesn't win fairly then that is an issue with mail in voting. His advantage is the electorate and some say that isn't fair either. The leading narrative is that people don't want him in. But I would bet that the conservative silent majority has been just that. Silent. But also major.

That's not actually true. The stock market has been going up even during the pandemic. We also have lower covid casualties than many of the European nations and 50 million more test kits than the 2nd best country which is India.

I'm actually running for local office next November (I live near Detroit) because there is an opening and the one thing this race has done is get everybody excited about politics. It's good for local campaigns and gives the people who feel they lost in the federal race a second chance.

My biggest concern with Republicans is they don't just support Trump, they worship him and everything he does. I just don't understand why. What has he really done that's amazing? The man is an idiot speaking on a 3rd grade level, and just dismisses everything. He tries to be cleaver with being a racist and a creep too.
