Trump hotel emoluments case dismissed by appeals court in Virginia
All the decision states is that the court lacks jurisdiction to proceed against a sitting president, which merely upholds what the SCOTUS has already determined. Total non-story.
The case was lawfare. And its bullshit.
The writ of mandamus was the kicker.
All three men had a perchance for sexual predation apparently, sooo...

I've seen him sign that EO also. In my opinion and its just an opinion and nothing else - if Trump was guilty of messing with minors he would never sign EO which could be used against him. Guilty person would not and would do the exact opposite.

I used to think the same but not sure now. He’s an outspoken and clumsy blabbermouth but I’m thinking he isn’t a supporter of kiddie fiddlers. I guess time will tell.

Yes. Who I can't say for certain.
It's going to depend on how determined those prosecuting are interested in justice versus politics.
But in this case, some are going to have to go down, because this case is too public, and while some of these "elite" involved might not care about perception of the public, there are others who ponder when the torches and pitchforks come out as greater numbers begin to see a two tiered justice system.

"The 4th Circuit found the two jurisdictions lack standing to pursue their claims against the president, and granted a petition for a rare writ of mandamus, directing U.S. District Court Judge Peter Messitte to dismiss the lawsuit."
So now watch for Epstein hype and attempts to tie him to Trump as the next "silver bullet" (however, William J. Clinton might have some things to worry about.....).
