Why do you feel it’s not a good idea?

I was honest with him and told him I cut the chance of a fwb because I’m going to get attached. Men get all weird when that happens so to not start drama it was best to not even begin with and I feel he’s gonna use the “friend” move to try to have sex with me.

After I said that his actual words were;

“We don’t have to be fwbs, we can just be friends and go out. I think you’re sexy and cool to talk too.”

I’m trying to stay realistic about this because I already feel my emotions and dreams taking over. Once that sets in, it’s hard to detach from said person.

If you don’t think it’s a good idea don’t convince yourself that it is! Listen to yourself. You don’t owe anyone your friendship or time. Those things are earned if you don’t think he would be a good friend let him go. Also this sounds like a damn she curbed me but I’ll pretend to just be friends for a while then maybe she will fall for me type situation. I’m not trying to be negative just my suspicion.

This is the way I see it, makes me suspicious.

I’m also nice, my Venus in Pisces will always be the death of me because I love loving on someone, taking care of them, being there, and wanting to be close. I know that once we becomes friends, as it progresses I’ll start falling for him and than I don’t want him going anywhere. I can’t youre right. I need to keep him at a distance. I don’t want to get my heart broken from investing too much.

Nah he’s not an ex. He was a guy I was getting to know a while back but I decided not to go further with him.

So this is the same one I dropped like idk how long ago because I didn’t want to be fwb. It’s not my thing and I know how I am.

Fast forward, he sends me a friend request on snap. I accepted it, wasn’t sure who it was and wanted to find out.. of course aqua guy. I know what he wants but i asked him why he hit me up anyways.

Now he’s saying it’s okay if we’re not fwb, that he just wants to be friends, trying to explain himself. I told him it sounds like he wants to take me on a date.

Honestly.. I don’t feel it’s a good idea.
