Met this aquarius guy and he became interested quick. Within a month, he asked me to be his girlfriend. He told me I made him feel ways he has never felt, that we are similar in numerous ways and he sees a future with me. We were in a relationship for two months until he broke it off with me. He said he was no longer interested (how he was feeling at the time). We've been just friends now for about a month, talking everyday but with more time apart compared to when we were in a relationship. He's been more open about his feelings with me and stuff he doesn't normally share and told me I'm the only person he is this open with. He told me today he has been thinking about us a lot lately and asked me to be his girlfriend again. He told me that he loves me so much. He told me he felt like something was missing after we broke up. Does he love me as much as he says?

The aspects would be more telling.. at a glance I’m going to be the bearer of bad news and say his moon is legit gonna set off your neptunium evasion tactics. The waxing and waning dance will lose its lustre after a year or so.

Can you explain what you mean by neptunium evasion tactics? And why will his moon do this?
