hmmm. one interpretation: "hey I'm in a state where I can barely relate to anyone normally and I want you to join me so I can also not relate to you."

or something like that. Surprises are fun....if someone did that to me I'd expect that the next day they'd be embarrassed for having asked someone to leave home and ask them to watch them be drunk/get drunk with them....

But like I said that's a serious interpretation. On the other hand, it's just funny, but I probably wouldn't come out to join you unless I thought you were about to drive drunk.

young at heart. geez...it was just in fun. i am starting to see things from starfish's pov. its not like i texted him my deepest intimate feelings. i am out, having fun, and i want him to know he is on my mind. we both party, so i am sure he can understand a little spontaneous drunkness. whats so bad about acting like we are 21 again? if he is turned off, then he is too boring for me anyway. i would laugh and think he is having a great time if he sent that to me...and appreciate that he was thinking of me. life is about throwing surprises in there...being intoxicated just makes it a little easier! and any guy who likes me should find my immaturity refreshing and charming. : )

Drunk dialing

Drunk dialing is a phenomenon in which a person, while intoxicated, calls a friend, ex-partner, or employer for various reasons via telephone. Also, known in some areas as "phone rangering".

Drunk dialing often occurs late at night, resulting in the receiving party being roused from sleep. While this is, ostensibly, an annoying disturbance for the receiving party (similar to a prank call), drunk dialing can also be seen as a sign of affection. The keys to drunk dialing are the elements of disruption and immediacy, therefore "drunk e-mailing", "drunk instant messaging", "drunk text messaging", or "drunk blogging" do not have the same impact and are seldom employed.

The New York Post[1], the New York Times[2], and the Washington Post[3] have all reported [4]on drunk dialing. Cell phone manufacturers and carriers are helping callers prevent drunk dialing. Virgin Mobile has launched an option to help its users stop drunk dialing.[5], and the LG Group introduced the LP4100 mobile phone, which includes a breathalyzer [6]. The owner can program the LP4100 to restrict calls to specific telephone numbers based on the caller's blood alcohol content.

I agree it probably has nothing to do with the drunkeness. LOL @ Aqi & Kuno. You shouldve wrote something memorable at the least.

Sometimes the NO calling is a snow ball effect....You say your gonna call...you think about it....you have every intention of doing so...BUT you DONT, for some reason or another. Everyday passes and the longer you wait the more time passes.....the more times passes the more guilty you get and less likely you call....till oneday I out of the blue....the aqua spontaniety kicks in (boredom/curiosity/whim...w/e u want to call it) and you find yourself dialing the number.........It happens, atleast to me it does.

Blame it on Procrastination..."rationalization is a hobby of mine too 😉"
