I've gotten out of my way the way she has for FRIENDS I care about and especially if they have been very good to me. Joon8, I remember you and your story. You have made her feel very pleasant by showering her with presents. I don't forget people's kindness, certainly not a good friend's. Please don't look too much into this. If she wanted to be with you, she would end her marriage. Or if she wanted to have an affair, she would flirt with you. Last I heard from you was that she's asking you to stop writing love emails to her.

Well, yes, she is your friend and aquas put a lot of weight on friendships. Realize, she is married and probably got uncomfortable before because she doesn't want anything to risk her marriage or cause any doubts or misunderstandings.

Please don't read too much into her gestures of friendship. From what I understand, a lot of aquas say that people mistake their friendship for more.

As 09 said, I would do this for a friend, heck, even an acquaintance I hardly know! It's your birthday man just enjoy it. I make cupcakes all the time and yep everything from scratch and I sincerely hope the feeling of love on your side is one of friendship because as you said you are both married.

In your particular situation, with what you described, it sounds like she wants to show her friendship.
Everybody else sounds different than me. I only bake something for a guy I like or my closest friends/loved ones from scratch. I'm selective with that. But, like I said, in the whole situation you described, she sounds like she genuinely cares about maintaining a friendship with you.
