If I lied to an aqua is that really really bad?

Hello I have been secretly spying and reading all of the posts ever since I started seeing an aqua. Its curious, curious and entertaining. I wrote this all out before and have no real desire to do it all over again so I will do the condensed version. I met an aquarius guy hit it off immediently. No slow getting to know one another it all progressed very quickly (him doing most of the progression). I need time to myself for work and friends as much as he does so none of that freaking out over no communication love the texts don't mind if they don't come every day. The issue is I lied about my age not thinking I would see him passed him taking me out the first time. In my line of profession this is not a faux pas but an expected to be careful (you never know who you are meeting) I always tell everyone the same age. Recently we got into a car accident and so with all the personal information given he will sooner than later find out. He thinks he is 1 year older than me but I am 3 years older than him. Is this completely unforgivable or something that can be overlooked??

hmm, thats not good. Only the people that I grew up with and my family know my actual age. They do not speak about it because I am a model and even my agent / manager has me tell people I am a different age when asked. I do not lie about anything else although I suppose people would assume I did if I lied about something as silly as age. I feel absolutely horrible about it but I also suppose that really doesn't matter does it?

it wasn't that I tried or wanted to I had no idea that I would know him beyond a casual friend, if that. In reality for my job I do have to tell people that I am a different age. Some of his friends work in the same industry as I do. They would be the people that hire me. The whole thing seemed to grow out of control as I got to know him better and I felt more and more guilty. I do understand the hatred for being lied to but for a reason that is applicable I would personally forgive. Not so in this case??

Age's a personal matter that strangers shouldn't really ask the other - in England, that is 😉

Yours sounds reasonable so you're probably stressing it more than you should - I still don't know my own dad's real age as he had to use a professional one so now I get confused on the actual year. He's Aqua...In general, they're not professionally naive...

It'll get worse if you keep getting closer and you don't reveal I think...he'll really understand since he's in the industry, right?

Good luck.

ugh. i don't know about other aquarians or yours in particular but as a water bearer myself, i HATE HATE HATE being lied to. that said, i know that i myself and other aquarians will totally let little fibs slide if it doesn't seem all that important to tell the truth. what all the other folks have been saying, to let him know in a joking, not too serious kind of way is probably the best bet. aquarians tend to be way more rational than emotional (for the most part, depending on a lot of things) so if you let him know that the lie had nothing to do with him, that it's something you do because of your line of work, et cetera, things should be cool. just make sure you express that it wasn't a lie because you didn't trust him because we tend to respond in kind, you don't trust me, i won't trust you. if i was in his position with someone i cared about and really liked and they were like 'oh, by the way, i'm actually a little older than i said. i didn't know you well at first so i didn't totally divulge', i'd be like, okay whatever, let's make out. good luck!

Just to let all of you know I told him last night . He thought it was incredibly funny PLUS put me having to for my job together himself very quickly (love smart people!). He is 25 and I am 28. Then he went on a little tangent telling me how old I was and how now he has a sugar mama and that my dreams of becoming a cougar have come true. Don't you have to be like 40 to be considered a cougar? am I being 2 1/2 years older than him? Anyways no harm no foul. Plus I think this sort of lie goes under white lie but for the posting I wanted to be as blunt as possible.
Thanks!~
