ok so i screwed it up with my aquarian man and he is no longer speaking to me. i know i should be moving on, but i am so upset and lots of things were left unsettled, so i cant get him or the situation off my mind. i'm still very much into him, and i'm hurt that he wants me out of his life. our fight broke out 3 weeks ago, and we've fought before, but we've never ignored each other for this long. i know i wont be able to move on unless i call him, or go and see him, but i have a feeling that wont go to well. i'm kinda just venting out here .. but if anyone has anything to say that might help id appreciate it. thanksss!

p.s. i'm a scorpio/sag cusp and i cant let things go unless its been settled!! and i'm big on talking everything out .. thats why this is driving me a little crazy.

I'm actually surprised my biceps are stronger than my tris which should be the other way around. But once I start using the tricep rope, that should change. Upper back is very strong, I have yet to max out on that area. I could probably bump it up to 120lbs this week and see how that goes. I'm slowly working up to higher weights to see how the machine and my body handles it.

this is typical- the biceps respond the quickest out of all the upper body muscles...I found me biceps to be stronger also when I first started working out- the tri's were hard for me to get- pretty weak on most women

my rule of thumb is to use same weight for triceps and biceps to keep them balanced.

^that's great - 'cept even from the start I was no where near able to work my tris with what was far too light for my bis...ahhh well I'm not pumpin anymore- at my school where I dance it's considered evil to work out - my instructor clearly expresses her distaste for the muscular ballerinas...lol...it's not "classical"- I was always hyper concerned after a work out- afraid that she would notice or something lol...I couldn't really relish the development of my muscles 😢

that's the thing gl- I'm leaving for vaca on fri. and I don't really have time to get in for an appointment before that (it's complicated)!! I'm going to suck it up and get looked at when I get back...

I have found that I really can keep it under control by eating the right foods though...I just need to stick to it- otherwise I pay...it's all my fault that I'm hurting now 😢 so I can take the punishment...I deserve it...

the thing with the gallstones is that eating grease and fat makes the pain because the gallbladder squeezes out the bile more to break down fats- the squeezing-when it grinds against the gall stones is what causes the pain 😢

I have noticed a direct relationship- that's why I'm pretty sure it's gallstones and not an ulcer- with an ulcer- fatty things- like whole milk can actually have a soothing effect- not the case here!!

it's not just fat- but anything that requires lots of bile to digest dense foods- I have trouble with chicken too 😢 but fish seems to be okay
