Weird behaviour

I have a colleague ( Aquarius ) who ghosts me after reaching out. This has been a habit of his for a couple of year. Two times he offered me work and when it came down to starting the job, he just stopped writing. Recently he asked me out to drinks two times, and we would arrange everything, but on the day of the event he would just dissappear. I never bothered him, called, wrote excessively, or asked him wtf, but I am interested in the reason for this kind of strange behaviour. He is not a love interest or a close friend so I am not hurt.

i love this about aquarius. they reach out after a couple weeks or months. much better than my virgo friends who do it only 2x every year (usually with some productive reason).

my best friend is an aqua and we keep making plans to meetup that goes nowhere which amuses me 😄😄

i adore him but it's enough to know he's okay. even better to see him but i ask for nothing. we talk about something silly or real housewives then we disappear on each other for a few months. then we talk again and discuss getting fake engaged in finland. he's gay so why not? just to fool our parents 🤣🤣

it's nice to be around someone who don't demand things from you. doesn't feel like a duty or a chore. just checking in every now and then to see if i'm still alive 🙃🙃

I'm sure that my Aqua father's ghost reached out to me a few days ago!

This is something he would have done to share his excitement of finding that there is some sort of life even without a body. Very Aquarian of him....

You should call him out on it next time as there’s a limit for things that are straight up disrespectful or just completely ignore his existence if you want to be nonconfrontational.
