Why do you keep in touch...

...when it seems you really don't want to? Aquarius is always trying to be halfway in the doorway, not respecting the people that are all in, or all out.

Yep you've that right more or less. Maybe cos they still want to be in touch but not on the same intensity as the other party. Or maybe they don't want to upset the other person by making a clean break.

Guilt. Curiosity.

"shimmy shammy"..."thinly spread" ....I like these expressions notwithstanding them being not exactly complimentary to the aquarian nature.

Yeah I'd like to add that we also like to keep in touch because we want to maintain contact with people as we may find ourselves more inclined to hang out with these people at another time when we are in a differen frame of mind. Kinda like putting whoever it is on the long finger.

I don't think this is necessarily exclusive to aquarians though.
