Aries Being Taken Advantage Of?

Hey guys. I come in peace. I've noticed that all my Aries friends (guys and girls) have all admitted that they have been taken advantage of as children/teens (especially 2nd Decan Aries). Surprisingly, most of them have stated that they have either been molested, raped, physically assaulted, or even pressured into doing things they were not ready for (i.e. most of them lost their virginity at early ages, 13 or 14). It's sad that people could do such things to others. Aries are wonderful people with great energy. Amazing friends to have. Have any of you ever known of this happening or is this just coincidence for me? Most of my friends feel they can talk to me about anything and Aries are such open books anyway so, yeah. I don't mean to pry or open up old wounds. I know this is a dark and sensitive topic for most. I'm just curious. I have much love and respect for you guys.

I certainly am an open book, I don't know how to be any other way, I hide nothing.
Yeah, I personally did have a lot happen to me as a young child, and it was not pretty. I don't know if it's strictly Aries or mostly, but either way it sucks.

I do get myself into other situations as an adult where I hate saying no, because I am a people pleaser, and don't like anyone to get mad at me. So eventually, I set myself up for a fall, and do occasionally end up being taken advantage of because of my generosity and helpfulness.

I think something happened to my Pisces mom when she was young because she never took her eyes off me when I was growing up. She did a great job keeping me safe and out of harm's way. I only lost my virginity when I was 19! I made up for lost time in my adulthood though! Dam! If anything I think she was too over protective. I wasn't allowed sleeping out or anything while I was growing up. Then I finished school and started college and I let rip on the social scene in a big way. It's only winding down now and I'm in my early 30's.

I was the first one out my group of friends and family in my age group to own a house, car, and become financially secure. While everybody was goofing off spending money on booze, parties and women I was methodically building my empire, lol. So it came to happen that I was the go to person to ask for money, cosigning loans, and borrowing my personal items. Sometimes it worked out, but other times it did not, and I was not paid back. It was hard lesson to learn, but I did learn. Now they are long gone, karma has paid them back.

My Aries best friend growing up was never taken advantage of in any physical or emotional sense. I've had my own physical altercations very young and as a result I was extremely protective of her (since she was, in a sense - naive). Many times though, I think she may have had an issue if her and I weren't as close as we were. I've refrained from telling her some pieces of my past to spare exploiting some of her more 'Disney princess' tendencies.

Many times I have been the 'brutal honesty' on other people's possible intentions or harsh truths. She's grown up for herself and is a force to be reckoned with. 🙂 I'm so damn proud of her.

Aries can have innocent and pure perspectives in life... however, it isn't accurate for others to believe we are naive because of it. Aries women do things that other women just talk about doing... I am not trying to make our ego big or be pretentious, but it is the truth. I've had a Leo girl say that I was "naive" irl at some point in my life, yet she was still living with her parents in her later 20's, while I have already been on my own and experienced the world on my own for a long time...

I think the "naive" trait that Leo girls can claim on Aries women is actually a self-reflection that they may be directing out on Aries women?

No - not naive in mind or sense of adventure! Naive as in.. she didn't have some literal life experience that I had. The time I'm referring to is preteen and earlier teen years as well, not so much now (note the last sentence - she's so badass and take charge in going for everything she wants). Much of it had to do with puberty and whatnot.. I physically matured fast.

But no, I didn't mean naive in context of mind or life stance - because she's definitely showing the world that she's coming to shake things up a bit!

That Leo just sounds damn silly. 😛

Haha. I was being silly. I really like you guys. You Rams are cool peeps. For some odd reason, I always imagine "Lord of the Flies" when entering the Rams' Lair. lol. Spears flying, flaming arrows, knives thrown at my head...the whole SHABANG! haha. Good times.

Ah, I gotcha. Thank you so much for the clarification and insight. 🙂

lmfao about the Leo, yeah she was.

Of course - and thank you for being prompt in standing for what you define as Aries traits.

I have to admit, my favorite Aries trait of an Aries is the incredible amount of bluntness within statements, inquiries, and the like. It makes everything without unnecessary frills and minimal time wasted - especially between friends.

I miss that damn woman. I'm going to go crazy if I don't make a lunch date with her soon; it's been YEARS.

LMAO!!!! Oh my! but you're probably right on target with those descriptions depending on an Aries mood. Aries can be pretty moody people.
