How can I get an aries to understand my point of view without him feeling like I'm trying to tell him what to do? He's completely wrong about something. He says "he feels how he feels. What he says is right and I nothing will make him change his mind about it.
Aries communication
Lol

Good Luck with that. Aries need HARD FACTS to change their viewpoints. but it can be done.

You can't, lol. I dated one for 4 1/2 years...they can sometimes sympathize but have an incredibly hard time(actually, more like can't do it at all) empathizing or putting themselves in someones shoes and seeing the world from any perspective that isn't their own. That was one of the biggest reasons I wasn't happy in the relationship, I never felt fully understood or appreciated for the person I am, even though I understood him. Aries is the baby of the zodiac, it's the 1st sign and the sign of "self". However if they have a good amount of water in their chart it could be different. Not that I don't have a ton of fun with them and love them for some of their traits, but if you're looking for understanding look elsewhere.click to expand
What if he has Mercury in pisces?
I am an Aries and I can tell you we tend to become very stubborn. Usually when someone is lecturing me about something or trying to convince me about how wrong I am, I don't quiet listen. Up in my head I am just preparing the counter arguments to everything you just said to "win" the conversation. We are too competitive I will give you that.
However, actions convince us, I mean seeing something for myself or experiencing it for myself is teh only way to convince me.
Don't ever try to trick him to make your point, we see right through it and we won't like it AT ALL

lol.. That might work.

My experience with an Aries, is that you can't get them to understand your point of view, and if you do, they won't tell you so for the sake of them not wanting to say you're right or to spite you, but down the road they will do something or react in a way that suggests that perhaps they understood just a little of it. Just speaking from my experience and not making a general reference. I work with an Aries, and we are also close friends. When it comes to work, I use to debate and question and explain why I do things the way I do, and that he and I just do things differently, but at the end of the day... we get to the same place. It was exhausting, I've finally learned that he is "always" right, his way is the only way... and I just listen. I got over trying to explain and justify how my way of doing work is just as effective as his. However, we are good friends also. I don't bite my tongue as well in that area. If something bothers me, I say it and communicate it. He gets annoyed by it and acts like a 5-year old, but as much as he acts like he doesn't care or get it, he does. He just doesn't want to be inconvenienced by it, since it's his world. However, there are people in general who just won't understand things the way you do all the time. It's just life. You'll learn that all you can do is say your 2 cents, explain once, but beating a dead horse to try to get it through anyone's skull is just a lost cause.
