How many Aries are with...

Cancers? Curious, as a friend is getting married and she is a Cancer (like me) but her mate is Aries. From all accounts, I've known this to be a baaaaad match. Any Aries/Cancer couples out there making it? LOL

She is like me, very sensitive. But he seems to bring a lot of fun to her life, gets her to try new things. But they fight a lot, but always make up. She is a homebody, he is Mr. Social. I don't know...he is, however, several years older than she is, and seems to really want to settle down. "Settle down" and "Aries" don't seem to go together, from my experiences. LOL

I have dated and been friends with a Cancer guy for 6 years. He is super sensitive and whiney, it annoying. I wanted to settle down with him a few years ago, but he was wounded from his child mother, so I moved on. We have kept in touch and spend alot of time together but I cannot see myself with him long-term. We argue wayyyy too much and contrary to popular belief I dont want to argue all the time, very draining. He doesnt listen to me and make really big assumptions about who he thinks I am. Our biggest issue is he doesnt think he knows me as well as he should, he thinks I am secretive. But how can you spend so much time with someone and not have a clue who they are? I say he isnt paying attention or he just doesnt accept who I am. whatever.

My cancer guy and I fight over control issues. He thinks I'm controlling. Apparently suggesting a dish from a type of cuisine that he's never tried is considered "controlling". However, the make up sex is always worth it and when we aren't bickering we have a blast together. The passion is insane.

I think its a matter of both signs being cardinal too. My cancer guy says im not submissive at all but how can I be when he is constantly in attack mode putting me on the defense. Were both trying to be the boss.

I am engaged to a Cancer and am an Aries. We rarely fight.

Leave them for us Geminis please! Ugh.. Cancers are so whiney and sensitive.. Us Air/Fire signs can stray away from humans like that. We need humbleness. Stand your ground and stop acting like a Bitch type of humans lol.. Straight up. Trust me I would know.. I'm moving in with my Aries man next week. Of course as a Gemini I had to bragg because I'm extremely excited hehe but hey.. you can try.. Ya never know right? 🙂

I have to disagree, any Aries I know have always apologized. And are the first ones to step in to help. They've never expected anything in return, except respect. If you step on them or don't appreciate them, then they will make it very well known for you to step back and check yourself. There's no mincing words or thoughts.

They are sentimental, and won't always show that side of them and yes sometimes they don't get or understand when someone else wants to do something for them, very independent. They'd give the shirt off their back if they feel A) you deserve it, and B) if they care about you.

oh yes i agree with everything you say. Its all very true. Dont they already feel respected then? Do they have something they want to prove by offering help? Youve hit the nail on the head there, if they think they deserve it.

bkbella86, i can relate to all of that. Aries and me started to argue alot all the time i felt he didnt know me anymore and he didnt even want to even try to relate to my feelings anymore, or talk to me to understand me it was always his feelings that came first, and he would text me that aswell, he would always name check himself and say what about ..... , ..... feelings dont matter, sod ..... it started to wear very thin.

Why are aries so selfish— Why do they put their feelings first before anything else—?

There were so many instances where aries got it all wrong but there was no telling him at all, he says i just made excuses and evade the truth?!

I was with a cancer with a leo moon. He was way too cardinal and controlling. If things didn't go his way, he'd be the biggest cry baby. It was so annoying. He would also go from shouting at the top of his lungs and slamming shit to crying uncontrollably. But of course, I was the crazy one in his eyes. smh I can see cancer women being ok but I have my doubts about the men. I had a horrible intro to that sign and will avoid them like the plague.

Im an Aries man and Im getting serious with an Cancer woman. Yea there's a lot of chemistry, physical intimacy AMAZING.

problems arises on how we handle conflict. I want to talk it out as quickly as possible. She avoids me to brood on it her own. and when she is in a bad mood (not of my fault), I don't know to whether to let it go or confront her about it?

The combination's success depends a lot on the Mars and Moon placements of the Cancer and Aries.

Aries are cut and dry. Black and white. There's no grey in between, straight shooters right from the hip, sometimes so blunt and direct it can be shocking, or hurtful. I've had my lashing with my former BFF Aries male, and it sucked! BUT, they say it how they see it. There's really no guessing with them. I however don't forget things as easily, so my once caring, friendly, loving person he knew me to be is now aloof, and basically like he's not around or no one special to me anymore. Which with what he said, cut off any care for I had for him. Aqua mars 🙂

And not everything is about Aries, they just make sure their needs are met, and if needs aren't being met, they do what they have to to make it happen. They want to succeed and be number one, which I guess makes them thinking of themselves first ... otherwise how can you be top dog,#1 or success if you don't strive to be first in your head and then make it happen!

The deal with Cancers and Aries are them both being cardinal ... both want control. Where cray cray gets involved is how each go about trying to obtain, gain, or keep control. Cancers can be manipulative, very manipulative and will play the martyr if someone tries to point anything CLOSE to seeing them that way... busting them in other words. Aries can be schmoozers, sweet talkers ... or demand control with their words(that of which I see moreso when they're pissed off).

My Aries friend now, I find myself truly open with him. Our talks are very upfront and frank. There's no BS. He pretty much knows how I operate, prob one of very few men who have. And he'll tell me too, and if he's right I admit it. And I'll tell him later too if something he said pissed me off and if I reacted to it in a 'f you' attitude or mode.

About a month ago he pissed me off ... we weren't fighting, but through texts we were talking about some pretty heavy things and I could feel myself at the edge of saying something I would regret or hurtful, etc. So I told him I needed to cool down and I'd be back when I had. That honestly is probably the first time in my life I've ever told someone, let alone a man, I needed to walk away before things got down and to the point. I have the tongue of a venomous snake, and when pushed far enough Iuse it. And I don't mince words. With him, I honestly can't do that to him.

its all about approaching things in the right manner with her. Dont be too hasty, harsh or self centered or bully her into making her see things your way. You have to have the right tone of voice and be careful with your body language. I know you want to talk it out quickly, the arian i knew was the same, but that will be a mistake, as whatever it is wont get resolved as quickly as you would want. Arians dont compromise either; its black or white, yes or no. Do you know why she avoids you to brood it on her own? Conflict with an Arian is usualy one sided, the arian side, thats why.

oh one good sign here though, at least you seem to be thinking about it first before you speak, just make sure you dont get carried away with yourself when you do start talking.

You Sag moon and his aries moon form a square (probably in a tight orb), that's what brings the attraction here. His piscean mars probably makes him more passive aggressive than overt, whereas your MiG makes you verbally aggressive.

His Venus placement reflects what kind of partner he is looking for and in your case your Jupiter placement. Apart from that you should also look at both your 7th houses, their lords and the planets aspecting the 7th. This will give you a total idea of why you're brought together.

I was with a Cancer boy for 2.5 years. He was overall really sweet but very moody and would say hurtful things to me that were so uncalled for when he was angry. He pushed me a few times too...I had to end it.

I think this pairing could work if both are mature.
