I never know what to make of this aries man.

So, this Aries guy and I have been going back and forth for like a year or so now. He chases me quite a bit, but nothing has ever really come of it. There are times when he disappears, and I might not even worry about it, but he comes back and continues to chase again. In the beginning, I didn't really give in because I found him to be a little pushy when I needed him to back off a little. Still, we have a good rapport and no matter how often we have gone without talking or whatnot, he still comes back and chases after me, trying to get me to come out on a date, ect ect.

I'll admit, I'm a little weary because I had a thing with an aries about two years ago where we spoke for a bit and he did the chasing, and finally it boiled down to us finally hitting it off and making out at a friend's place, but before I knew it, the aries had moved on before anything could happen after. I had been very upset about it because I had really liked him. While I know not all aries are like this, it has left me uneasy about the thought that the closer I get to an aries, the easier it might be for him to just run away (not that it'd be the end of the world).

My only thing is a guy has to be fairly interested for him to keep chasing me this long, but I also figure it could the old age thing that you always want what you couldn't necessarily get.

Note: He has also told me that he wants to try harder to actually do something since he wasn't as successful about a year ago.

Those aries... it's either they go big or go home lol.

This is how the aries tried to get me to come out:

him: We should go golfing
Me: I hate golf. It's really boring.
Him: I found all these golf balls.
Me: Where did you find golf balls? Is there even a golf course in DC?
Him: I just found them in my car and on the road. And there is one?
Me: I just don't think I can do golf. I hate watching it on tv.
Him: I don't even golf.
Me: They why would even go golfing?!
Him: Okay, so we need an alternative.
Me: (in head) Oy vey...

It's kind of cute honestly.

Maybe you don't like his quirks. Yes you can like someone a lot and still be annoyed by their quirks. I don't think bad of you for being annoyed by him. And maybe he is to go back in the book for a while until he finds the way to you. I have chased someone with repeated non-sucess and kept trying, though the other person was like, "seriously, that didn't even flatter me". Trying is one thing, and sweet and all, but I can respect you for not going along with it. Either way, progress in all things, better to keep on keeping on, than waiting for the world to shape up.

Lol, I just really hate golf that much. My uncles make me play every time I visit my grandmother. And I'll admit, I'm a little less accommodating when it comes to him compared to others, but I have a few tricks up my sleeve. If he was like, "Let's go play laser tag." I'd be like, "HELL YEAH."

If I was a sag, my life would probably be that much easier 😛

I only admit I lack spontaneity, bling. But when I'm spontaneous, I often question what the hell I'm doing with my life depending on the shit I get myself into lol. Like honestly, I've had very questionable and exciting adventures.

That's actually been something that keeps us from actually getting together because he's very spontaneous and every time he wants me to come out, I'm swamped by some other duty that I'm not willing to just put down to go out with him. So then I get upset when he pushes me and blah blah blah. Usually I just say,

kinda weird tho, does he just spend all day wondering the streets picking up items and trinkets?
I mean the pure casual nature of it all just worries me that's all, Japan is hit by a disastrous Tsunami, Libya is at war and then there's your friend, who just casually strolls around DC picking up golf balls without a care in the world. DISGUSTING!

If you're swamped by duty/responsibility just say as much to your suitors so they can invest that time and energy with someone else.
Given that it's been a year he'll probably do that and it'll either be complete cut-off or implicitly so.
Although you're young so I guess it's different.
Are your duties that swampy or do you prefer a different kind of guy, to put it simply ?

I think it was more so me than my actual duties. A year ago, I was still very unsure of a lot of things and how to prioritize my life correctly (I also didn't have my car, so I wasn't sure how I was going to get around and do this and that). Like, I know now I can be busy, but I don't want to cut out people so much that I can't do anything fun. I just don't like it when I say, "Can we go out on this day" rather than trying to make me come out on a day where I just want to get something done so that I can have more time to have fun.

Like, the aries guy said we should watch a movie together like he wanted to a year ago, and he said he was free today. I told him I have class today, but I know what days I have more time to do that. I think he gets that I won't just randomly come out but if you give me time, I will definitely do something. I just have a hard time jumping into things if I dont' have like a days notice. He would often just say, "hey, let's do this at this random time like right now." And I would get upset because I have a hard time just dropping something I'm doing to do something else. I would tell him that if he just told me one day in advance, I could meet up with him in a heartbeat.

But now I told him I can work with him more.

That's what I like about aries (more so the guys). They can be so freakin innocent and endearing. I think this aries has a cancer moon.

lol towards which part? My scorp takes over without me even noticing. I usually just think I'm beginning an uuber virgo again until someone either calls me out on something or I just realize what I'm doing has no virgo motive at all lol.
