Everyone has to start somewhere..whether you make a billion from it or not who knows..but work is the foundation of everything...you can't expect to go from grad school to Bill Gates without putting in the hardwork
it's so you don't have to struggle. most people dont grow up thinking, "poverty rules! i aspire to work hard, get paid beans, and give my family a bottom of the barrel life style ." call me a snob but i love my overpriced education and i think the ridiculous hours my dad worked to get me what i need were totally worth it.
a lot of people do it for power but i think just as many people do it because they love their fam and they want to give them a good life. you cant put a price on spending quality time together but having a nice house to spend it in isn't a crime
GA, people become successful because they break out of limitations and refuse to do what society force them to do. This is far more important than working hard.
energy, people become billionares because they want financial freedom and not worry about food on the table everyday. It is not necessary for the sake of power.

Can't we say that some people work hard to break out of limitation ? Is breaking away with tradition a no-sweat job ? JC Penny and Sam Walton worked hard and worked differently.
I say working hard helps, but working smart in addition helps even more. You not only need to know how hard to work, but how to work, what for, and for who.

To break out of limitations of the 21st century:
end the thinking that you need to depend on money to survive develop alternative incomes other than the salary from your boss switch jobs as often as possible to learn new skills to start you own business become an entrepreneur travel and work in as many different countries or places as possible pay attention to any new trends or ideas
Being a capricorn does not work in the age of globalization anymore. Being a sagittarius does.
some people might seem as workaholics cause they put their heart into what they do, some have put everything on the line and invested every penny they got and they and they family depend on the success of whatever that is that they do if you think you are special cause you show up at work put your 8 hours in and go home with out a care in a world than you just a part of the population that i call sheeple ...you just fallow the line into the slaughter house like sheep. some of as work hard cause we want more from life than being just a pee on for some unqualified boss of a prick that loves to have power trips if i have to work twice as hard and be free from bullshit and not be tied down to a cubical so let it be, i like it like that much much better i work cause i want to and i love what i do, its my creation i care for it and watch it grow does that make me a workaholic? if yes what does that make someone who only wants to work 9-5 and not a minute more?
nope, be a aries take the lead and become your own boss , like yours truly over here like i said above , some people have invested everything they got and love what they do
Sb , if you are using 110% of your brain energy to do something, it means you are going to burn yourself out sooner or later . The best way is to reduce the amount of brain energy when you do something and achieve optimaization of result.
The difference between entrepreneur and a worker is that an entrepreneur will find the more and more efficient method to make most money, while a worker will spend more and more hours to make the same amount of money.
