How come he has no Gemini, 3rd house, nor Pisces placements which are relevant for a writing and speech career?

empty 3rd house? saturn in gem? Merc in the first? chiron in pisces?

the only acceptable placements are venus in the 12th and cap merc conj sun and mars. so is sun conj the same is like sun in gem? or in the 3rd?

I know i could just be making stuff up..
And i barely know of alan watt.
But i noticed a lot of famous artists seem to be capricorn or have a lot of capricorn in them, which has always surprised me.. and conjunct mercury might make sense as to why his words flow. And jupiter is conjunct his true node in aquarius. Which means hes lucky on his path to his souls evolution?

Mercury in the 1st house, are often people with very (re)active minds. Able to put everything they see, and sometimes what they feel at the moment, into words pretty directly.
When they see something happen, their first reaction is think it over and possibly turn it into words. Mars and Sun conjunction helps with expression and makes this quality stronger, the process happens together with his way of self-expression and action taking.

at the same time I enjoy your guys's comments. I mean of course Moon in Virgo has a special effect. Mercury ruled and stuf. then the trine to its ruler. i was blind.
