Are leos fundamentally children?

I know one, a few, but one especially is the stronger Leo, and he's just like a child really, with cool toys (car, phone, sunnies etc...)

And the way he talks sometimes...

And l noticed an expression they use a lot "bac a sable" sand box....

Are the really just cool kids? Lol

I was actually being straight-up serious, even if it came off cute. Leo seems ageless to me.
