Its cool i also have an earth element in mars, but mine is in virgo, so i tend to run my mouth with sarcastic remarks than smaching things with my head, although my knuckles are the second thing that usually ends up into somebodys skull besides my words, but my temper is very even...I gots a good amount of leo placements that keeps me calm half the time haha.
