I'm curious to what others think about this theory.
Say, I'm a CEO and need to get a new project up and running. I need to hire or assign a project manager. Thus, I want a cardinal sign for this role. So here are my choices: Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra. Hmmm.... tough choice.
But once the project is up and running and stable, I'm going to send the project manager off to another new project and will need to hire a manager for this division. Now I want a fixed sign. These guys will maintain the status quo, be true to the policies of the company and do things by the book. So it would be Aquarius, Taurus, Leo or Scorpio. Which would be the best hire?
Once things are established and we are now handling shipping, customer service etc, I'm going to add a Customer Service Manager. Now I need a mutable who can make the customers happy and ensure repeat business. So Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sag?
I'm not saying a mutable or fixed sign can't be a project manager, etc. But based on astrology this is my opinion. So, any thoughts? Who would you hire if they were all equally qualified and experienced?
