Its your deepest wound...when you see sag people, you should feel uneasy, like theyre unreachable, Thats my experience anyway. The house means more thouh, 2nd house, hurt is associated with possessions or self-worth, 5th house with romance, and children, 9 house with travel and higher knowledge etc...
