It does give only a part of aspects in a synastry.

The rest you need to work manually.

So if it is good, that could be enough. If it is bad, that is also enough.
At 50-50 you take other aspects into consideration.
At least this is how I handle it.

Not at all. I believe astro.com to be accurate. Cafeastrology showed that I have an Aquarius rising but My actual ascendant is Capricorn.

Hilary was asking about compatibility advisor.

You are talking about birth chart. I compare always astro.com, astrotheme and CA against each other. They have 90% overlapping info. Then there are sometimes one or two planets with wrong degree.
